History of the Thumbelina Cats, Chapter One.

An elderly lady in a white bonnet and pink apron looked up at the sound of the little cowbell on the door jingling; signaling that someone had entered the shop.

She placed the large mug she was painting to the side, and stood from her rocking chair, to come to the front of the shop, greeting the newcomers.

"Ah! Hello, hello!" Came her cheery greeting, as she smiled at you.

The moment you walked in you could here little mewling all over the place. It was only when one palm sized kitten started batting at the lady's dress, and she meant over to pick it up that you saw one of the many culprits.

"Oh! Pardon this little one. As you see, I run a very unique shop!"
The lady pat the little kitty on the head, before sitting it back down, and tottering around to the large glass desk at the side of the shop, with had many, many potted plants, and vines, as well as cups and vases of flowers all round and on it.

"You can call me Mother Florist, dear. Now, let me explain. I've always been a very lonely lady. I only had my garden, and I poured my heart and soul into every lovely little flower!" A smile warmed Mother Florist's plump cheeks.
"One day, I was tending my garden, and you wouldn't believe what happened! I heard a little, soft, mewing. I looked around everywhere until finally, tiny as can be I saw it! A little kitten, in the center of a rose! I couldn't believe my eyes! So, I took the little kitten inside, and made a little bed out of a large teacup I had, and wouldn't you know? It fit perfectly!
That is when it all started. Every day from then on I continued to find these little ones. Sometimes four or five at a time! Well, of course I soon became over run with the little dears, and so, that was when I opened up this shop, to find good owners for these sweet little tea-cup kittens!"
With that, she sat out several cups, each with very unique flowers inside, on the counter.

"As you see, these dears are just about ready to bloom! And if you tend to the flower, and love it, lavish it, treat it with all the love in your heart, you will be rewarded with a little kitten!"
Mother Florist leaned down and picked up a beautiful gray tabby, and held the tiny kitten-sized adult in her arms.

"Now, these flowers aren't the only ones that need a home, my dear. I also have two very beautiful adults here-" as if on cue, the bronze female hopped up on the counter. "Please, make your choice. There is a small fee, of course, but I feel you have a good kind heart, capable of caring for one of my beloved little babies. Go on, the choice is yours~!" She encouraged with that kind smile that made her eyes sparkle.

These kittens in deed needed a home. She wasn't as young as she used to be, and couldn't care for all of them on her own! Her soft eyes went over the beautiful blossoms on the counter. One by one, they would all find good homes. She was sure of it!

Stage One:The flower stage. In this stage, you must take very good care of your blossom! Keep it well watered, and give it lots of love, and soon enough something will happen!



Stage Two: Look! You've taken care of your flower, and now it seems there is a little kitten left in the flowers place! Awww, it's so cute! Look, it's almost smaller than the teacup!
These little kittens are adventurous, and can get into a -lot- of trouble! Best keep a good eye on them!




Stage Three: Your little kitten has grown too big for the teacup, but is still really really tiny! Looks like the little Thumbelina is the size of a regular kitten, and is gonna stay that way! Sooooo cuuuuute ^.^

Hello, I am Angel, the thread owner.
I like pretty much all pets, however I am quite partial to cute and furry pets!

Soquili(regular is more than fine with me! natural and pretty colors though are preferable, unless you want to attempt a version of my tWG horse, Lucianna <3)

Kitsusagi(currently, the only kitsu I really want in a Nitemare, after that, I'm more than happy with what I have X3)
