01/27/12 ~ Chibi is moving and baby is due in April. Slow going in the shop until things get settled.

04/11/10 ~ PLEASE NOTE NEW RULE: 3 children is ONLY permitted IF the 3rd offspring is given (not sold) to a Gaian who has no previous Koshis, name of new owner must be submitted w/ breeding request so we may confirm they are a new guardian

Welcome to the only kind of flatsale, both Chibi & Ala will be taking part in.
There will be 22 available koshis for sale here for each sale. However there is a twist in this...

Okay here is how it works:
Step 1: We start this flatsale with 22 available tags. Noone will know what they are
Step 2: Every person may chose ONE # to purchase until we say otherwise.
Step 3: At the end of the event, when all have sold, we will reveal the koshis
Step 4: Name your revealed koshi smile

Now heres the twist, TWO of these koshis will NOT be premade, and they will be a surprise! one from each of us, and you will have a lil say in this...
2 of the koshis will be revealed as a kids or customs which you will be able to grow and chose clothing for when their growth time comes, or order after all are revieled.

Price: 5500 Gold (pure only) ~ ID tag is extra as usual

No you cant do the "if this one is taken then that one"
If you purchase for another person please save a copy of the koshi's flat image for them as I always remove the temporary version form my server after it's sold.

There are many different kinda of Koshis who roam the lands of Gaia and beyond. Each different and unique in their own way. They exhibit more different personalities then you could ever imagine,

Koshis ~ These are your average everyday citizens of the KoshiElves family.
Price: Full Custom 30k ~ Semi Custom 20k

Drows ~ A darkened koshi from the underworld. These are more rare then the ordinary KoshiElf.
Price: Add 10k to the final price of any type of koshi.

Centaurs ~ Half horse, half koshi.. These are more rare then the ordinary KoshiElf.
Price: Full Custom 40k ~ Semi Custom 25k

Mermaids ~ Half fish, half koshi.. These are more rare then the ordinary KoshiElf.
Price: Full Custom 40k ~ Semi Custom 25k

Half-Snakes ~ Half reptile, half koshi.. These are more rare then the ordinary KoshiElf.
Price: Full Custom 40k ~ Semi Custom 25k

Krystals ~ Krystal is a special edition elf who at this time is not breedable. She is a Koshi's cousin and with her "long limbs and body, a slender elegant face, and the elegance to match, this lady takes on the role of everything from a fashion model to an elven priestess with her own style." Also note males are NOT requestable at this time (due to a lack of outfits for males).

KoshiPals. These cute lil cuddly critters need a home and a koshi to love or drive crazy. These wonderful lil furry friends have a low cost of TBA to adopt.
Some Options = Kitty, Mouse, Donkey, Fox, Mule, Raccoon, Zebra, Bunny, Lion, Jaguar, Leopard, SnowLeopard, Tiger, WhiteTiger, Lamb, Puppy, Fish, Phoenix

KoshiPals are not available if you do NOT have a Koshi or Krystal. You may purchase them for your Koshi when they are full grown. IOW not for kids. A Koshi/Krystal may have multiple pals but a pal may not have multiple koshi owners.

This price may seem steep but depending on the amount of clothing the koshis are wearing and the background chosen many images can take several hours to fully render

These wallpaper images are only available for already-made ADULT koshielves, Krystal Elves or Halfbreeds and me ONLY be ordered from the creator of the Koshi.

These will not have a sample render so be sure you have all your info correct

Backgrounds can be rendered in an Screen resolution

Ordinary Koshi
Male/Female couple only
You don't have to get a couple pose or anything like that... for them to "breed" any normal KoshiElf can breed smile
Price: 7.5k gold per offspring; 15k for 2 and 30k for 3

They will start out with default child clothes as chosen by Us and a hair style as chosen by you (if none indicated we will use hair styles from their parents) and then when they are ready to "grow up" you choose their outfit from the clothing choices area (using form below). The date on their tag is the date in which they will "grow up" so be prepared and post their outfit from the clothing choices on or before the date
Hair can be changed for adult but extra charges will apply (refer to price in item shop)
Half-Breeds
Male/Female couple only still.
It will be 10k gold for 1 offspring 20k for 2 but 2 will only be available to 2 owners breeding not just one with 2 centaur.
They will start out with default kiddie clothes and then when they are ready to "grow up" you choose their outfit, the date on their tag is the date in which they will "grow up" so be prepared and post their outfit before the date
Hair can be changed but extra charges may apply

Please remember you only need to choose shirt/accesories for your centaur when they grow up. Centaur can have a choice of jewelry on the their legs just above where they get furry. Also remember if your centaur has long hair wings sometimes don't look right, but if you want them still we'll try to make is as normal as possible

Krystals, and children are NOT eligible for breeding

Looking for a mate?
Any of the shop models can have kiddies if anyone has a KoshiElf and can't find a mate for him or her

Check out our Guild, Your Koshi May find a mate there. Specifically in the "Genetics Lab"

Welcome to the Referral System, we want to breathe some new life into both KoshiElves and it's Sister Shop Cookie Dough Bakery. So we now offer a referral system and here is how it works:

Details:
When a new owner joins the shop after being brought to the shop by an existing owner:

On first order placed with either Ala or Chibi, 10% of total value of order will be credited to the referring owner for future orders within the shop, this is artist specific and does not count if received flatsale or breeding prior to order as the new owner is not a new owner.
If the referred owner receives a gifted mystery or event flatsale creation and stays to place an order after from either artist, the gifting owner will recieve a referral point, after 6 are gifted and those receiving place an order the gifter is credited 1 semi-custom with whichever artist has created the most of the flats given, however, this only counts to flats given away before the revealing.
If the referred owner receives a gifted breeding creation and stays to place an order after from either artist, the gifting owner will receive a referral point, after 6 are gifted and those receiving place an order the gifter is credited 1 semi-custom with whichever artist has created the most breedings given.

Program Start Date:
Aug/01/2010

Rules:
~ No Mules, 1st offence = greylist, 2nd = Temporary ban from breeding and custom services, 3rd = blacklist.
~ Referring owner must be indicated in the order placed by the new owner
~ Gifted Flats must be gifted before the creations are unveiled
