Introduction

Welcome to Maggie's Spiffy Edward Elric Pet-Cosplay contest! M.S.E.E.P.C. for short. ;3 The title itself is pretty self-explanatory, but I'll go over it with you just in case you don't understand. This is a contest to find out what, in my eyes, is the best Fullmetal Alchemist (DIGITAL - as in the likes found in the Breedable/Changing Pets forum) cosplay pet around. heart So far we have an estimated 537,375g worth of prizes, and growing, so don't miss out on the fun! No entry fee!

Rules

General and Art Contest Rules

~All entries must include a digital pet (see Breedable/Changing Pets for reference) with indentifiable resemblence to Edward Elric, the Fullmetal Alchemist. "Indentifiable" is a concept that will be judged by myself.
~Artwork must be original pieces done by you, and the certificate must be made out to me. No pets that belong to or have been sold to someone else.
~You must be willing to allow me to display all submitted art freely. x3
~No avatar edits.
~One person may win one place, no matter how many submissions.
~Don't advertise in the thread. If you want to be an affiliate, tell me.
~If you want to critisize someone's work, be polite. What flaming is by my understanding will not be tolerated, but constuctive critisism is welcome unless the artist requests specifically against it.
~If you have questions after the contest why you did or didn't win, contact me over PM and I'll try to get back to you.
~These are the rules. I reserve the right to blacklist you if you don't follow them. I also reserve the right to add, change, or remove any rules I see fit.

Bumping Contest Rules

~Entrants in the art contest may enter.
~Number your bumps. Don't cheat. You will be caught and disqualified. If you see someone skipping numbers, PM me with the page(s), before and after.
~No giant and/or page-stretching bumps.

Advertising Contest Rules

~The contest is based on points. You get one point if, by telling me about a shop that allows customs or cosplays that hasn't done an Ed pet yet, the said shop agrees to enter the contest at my request. You may not ask the shop owners/employees yourselves without my consent. You simply won't get points for it if you do.
~You may give me the link to as many shops as you want, thus possibly earning multiple points, but only in post, NO PMS.
~Entrants in the art contest may enter, but do not get points for their own shops.
~You only get one point per a referred entrant, and only when I receive their entry.
~If the shop owner or employee declines, then you get no points for that shop. Don't harrass me if you don't get the points you want; if you choose to do so, you will be blacklisted.
