A statue near the sea, a famously romantic location, honoring one of the heros of the Resistance. It is placed in a garden where many members of Meribia go to relax, and a path leads from this garden to the beach nearby.
All marriages take place in front of the statue, while many of Barry White's classic ballads play in the backround. The statue itself is said to be protected with the power of love, and it always shines as if newly polished despite the weather's attempts to wear down the statue.
We'll miss you Barry! You fought to the end against the Empire! (Is actually just stuck on top of the Grindery) emo

Zaraki ran at full speed as he saw a glimmer of light in the distance on a beach. He seemed in high hopes that it might finally be the source of spirit energy he had felt a few days ago. " Look Yachiru, there is a sparkle of light in the distance. It could be the sun glistening off the zanpakto of a warrior. You've finally found......" He skidded to a hault and stopped mid sentence as he looked at the giant statue. The music is played made Zaraki feel very confused and uncomfortable.
Yachiru, Zaraki's Vice Captain hopped off the larger mans back and walked over to the gleaming statue and examined it a bit before she exclaimed, " There he is Kenny! GET HIM!"
Zaraki looked at the girl with a very bewildered look upon his face. " Yachiru! Its a lifeless object. Its no warrior to have fun with. Yet again you have lead us in the wrong direction. Now lets go!" He said as he turned and began his search once again.
His words fell on deaf ears as Yachiru was still running around the statue apparently trying to goat it into fighting. " What are you afraid to fight Shiny-chan? Kenny is going to rip you to pieces as you sing your farewell song." She was half way into her shadow boxing routine when she realized Zaraki was heading the other way. "Kenny wait for me! It wouldn't have been any kind of fight anyway! I couldn't even feel any spirit pressure from him!"
