Ghaleon's Espada

The Ultimate Fighting Force of the Magic Emperor, the Espada are the Ten Highest Ranking Generals from his army. Rated based on their power, skill, intelligence, and cunning, there is no more dangerous foe than a member of this unit. And with members ranging from the race of Arrancar to Shinigami, Being of Darkness to Ghaleon's own Creation, there is no task they cannot complete.

Below is a short bit about each of Ghaleon's Espada

1st Espada (Primero Espada)
Ovan

Name: Ovan (Masato Indou)
Power Level: Super Elite
Player Level: Super Elite
Prize for Victory: AIDA-OVAN (A distortion in the data of a person or player at the most fundamental stage, AIDA has the ability to control the heart, mind, and bodies of those it infects. OVAN is the most potent strand of this enigma, with the power to control anyone short of Ghaleon, Ovan, or the person capable of defeating them. Upon his defeat, the infection would spread from his body to his conqueror's, continuing the growth of the virus and imbuing them with immense power...while also forcing them to submit to its power and the bidding of its master. To defeat Ovan is to inadvertently, and irreversibly continue the spread of this AIDA by taking it into your own body. You will gain extreme power, but it will come at a terrible price. There are NO exceptions.)

About: Ovan is a cryptic, mysterious figure whose appearances are few, but whose words and actions always carry a fantastic weight. Generally speaking in soft tones and never quite referring directly to the point when he talks, he is a figure of great debate and intrigue. Having progressed far beyond the level of strength necessary to defend himself against even the most powerful of enemies, and beyond the level of knowledge necessary to understand the depth of an issue, Ovan prefers to instead spend his time wandering. Given these facts, most will wonder how it is Ovan came to be branded as the Primero Espada, but even the Emperor himself won't speak about the subject. The answers, instead, are fated to remain secret...a secret sealed within the great coffin that hangs from his arm.

Cyril

Name: Cyril (or Cell)

Prize for Victory: Key to the Goddess Tower (To Challenge Ghaleon)

About: Cyril was created nearly two and a half years ago by Ghaleon in his effort to create the perfect servant. What the Emperor got for his efforts was the greatest killing machine the world of Gaia has ever known. Since his creation, Cyril has never turned down a challenge and has yet to leave any survivors in his wake. Cities have fallen to his sheer power, and the strongest of warriors have yielded to his never-ending repertoire of stolen techniques. Truly, he is perhaps the most terrible servant of the Magic Emperor.

3rd Espada (Tercio Espada)
Vossler

Name: Vossler Azelas
Power Level: Super Elite
Player Level: Elite
Prize for Victory: ONE Dawn Shard (A stone carved from the Sun Cryst with unbelievable powers! The Dawn Shard is capable of absorbing magic, and when it has had its fill of magical power, it expodes in an unimaginably destructive wave capable of wiping out cities, and even smaller countries without fail!)

About: Vossler is a warrior with great history...spawned from a demonic creature with immeasurable power, an in invulnerable android, the essence of a dark god, and a fallen knight...all of which adds up to the dark equivalent of the White Knight of Althena. Since his reception as the High General of Ghaleon's armies, much has been said of his impeccable success rate and his ferocity in battle. Fiercely loyal to his Emperor, Vossler will stop at nothing to see his will done, and has the power and brilliance in battle to make it reality. If there is a single flaw in the near-perfect warrior that is Vossler Azelas, it would be his faint, but lingering attachment to the honor with which he held himself in another life, as a knight of Dalmasca.

4th Espada (Cuarto Espada)
Ulquiorra Schiffer

Name: Ulquiorra Schiffer
Power Level: Elite
Player Level: Elite
Prize for Victory: Shattering Eye (Ulquiorra's regenerating eye, which when used by the enemy after his death will allow them to completely avoid one attack in battle even without a prepared defense by crushing it in their hand. Will always regenerate after the battle.)

About: Ulquiorra is what most people would refer to as the perfect servant. Cold, calculating, extremely powerful, and completely indifferent. He carries out whatever orders are given to him without complaint, and given his power is almost certain to succeed. If even the thought of doing anything other than exactly what Ghaleon wishes has ever crossed his mind, one would never know it from the stoically melancholic expression on his face. This unwavering loyalty coupled with his extreme defensive capabilities and simplistic brutality makes him an indispensable addition to Ghaleon's Espada.

5th Espada (Quinta Espada)
Grimmjow Jaegarjaques

Name: Grimmjow Jaegarjaques (also: Grimmjow Jaggerjack)

About: Created for the sole purpose of fighting to realize the dream of his master, Grimmjow is an arrancar who loves his job. Always looking for a new challenger to fight and willing to respect power when he sees it, he takes great pleasure in hunting down those who he deems worthy to fight and doesn't waste time on peons. His unquenchable thirst for battle makes him one of Ghaleon's favorite Espada to dispatch (in spite of the arrancar's distaste for authority), and Grimmjow never disappoints. Though he is extremely powerful (as Espada tend to be), he would prefer to fight every battle hand-to-hand and to the death. One thing to note about Grimmjow is that in spite of his incredible power, he has remarkable speed as well (amplified even more by the release of his zanpaktou. In fact some have said that when Pantera is unleashed that Grimmjow's speed is second only to the wolf demon Kouga.

6th Espada (Sexta Espada)
Lucas

Name: Lucas

Prize for Victory: Sword of a Master (Roll a 5-sided dice to land one of Lucas's five weapons. Potluck says you've got a 1/5 shot of getting the one you want.)

About: A half-devil and former servant of the Dark Emperor Sieg, Ghaleon saw the great talent being wasted by the chaotic being and claimed his services for himself. Armed with a variety of weapons that would put even a skilled blacksmith to shame, Lucas's dark weapons mastery makes him deadly no matter what type of attack the situation calls for. A jack-of-all trades not only in weapons, however, Lucas wields considerable power to accompany his unique array of skills.

Gin Ichimaru

Name: Gin Ichimaru

About: An apparently lighthearted shinigami, Gin Ichimaru has actually proven to be quite devious, giving a second meaning to the nickname "Foxface". A cunning strategist with a knack for surprise, Gin is one of the most interesting figures amongst the Espada. Though his power isn't quite at the top of the heap and his skills aren't as numerous, it's his ability to plan, deceive, and adapt that makes him a truly dangerous threat in and out of battle.

Lloyd

Name: Lloyd

Player Level: Very Strong
Prize for Victory: Divine Dragoon Spirit (A spirit which gives the user control of the power of the Divine Dragoon!)

About: Lloyd was once the head counsel to the Black Wizard Sephiroth in the City of the Ancients, but when his master fell, Lloyd showed that perhaps he was the true threat lurking in the shadows. Now ranked the 8th Espada, Lloyd combines the overwhelming power of the Divine Dragoon Spirit with the spirit-shattering might of the Dragon Buster to crush his enemies beneath him.

9th Espada (Novena Espada)
Mayuri Kurotsuchi

Name: Mayuri Kurotsuchi
Power Level: Very Strong
Player Level: Super Elite
Prize for Victory: Hogyouku (A small jewel with the ability to transcend the boundaries between a hollow and a shinigami, and create beings known as Arrancar with the abilities of both)

About: A man with few friends and even fewer morals, Mayuri is much more than your stereotypical mad scientist. A formidable warrior in any fight, it is his craftiness and countless special abilities that make him especially dangerous. Armed with a number of bodily alterations and supported by each of his many experiments, Dr. Kurotsuchi will stop at nothing to gather more test subjects for his precious research. His unique combination of strength, brilliance, and brutality nets him the position of 9th Espada.

Onyx

Name: Onyxsonal Emerald Marie

Prize for Victory: Book of the Chosen (Raises magical power of user and unlocks several magic spells over time.)

About: A powerful woman with thousands of years worth of magical knowledge at her fingertips, Onyx is a one-of-a-kind warrior comprised of the elements themselves. Able to call forth fire, water, wind, and earth at a whim and control their very essence, only those containing the elemental magic from ancient times (the reign of the first Magic Emperor) could ever even touch her elemental spells. Though she ranks only 10th in the Espada, her power is quite formidable.
