hmm...lessee...it's going to be a long list for anime but it's going to be
rozen maiden, rozen maiden traumend, code geass, xxxholic, kanon, air, clannad, elfen lied, lucky star, the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya biggrin
for manga it's xxxholic, rozen maiden, elfen lied, genshiken smile

Angel Sanctuary is definately my favorite manga series. I only need to find Vol. 18 and I'll have the whole series.
My favorite anime, right now, is a toss up between Neon Genesis Evangelion and Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Second GIG
