Creation of a new stickied thread, titled "Anarchism threads," wherein would be cited links to Gaian threads on anarchy. Any GULAG member may post in the sticky when a thread is spotted (with a link), and will be added to the main list upon revision by the next GULAG council member to log in.
Within the first post in the thread there shall be two categories of listings, one labelled Active Threads and another Old Threads, each listed by order of addition to the list. Each thread shall begin in the Active Threads category, and shall be moved to Old Threads once two weeks of inactivity have passed in the thread.
