In an undisclosed and secure region of Gaia resides a hidden fortress for the most elite and ruthless warriors money can buy. Outer Heaven. A mercenary clan who goal is to to create a place where the dying race of soldiers can exist and not be used for corrupt ends by politicians.
The compound is complete with:
Barracks- Each character has a designated quarters and is usually shared with another unless your a seasoned vet of Outer Heave.
Kitchen and Mess Hall- Fully stocked kitchen along with a large mess hall for dinning purposes.
Simulation Room- We have the latest and greatest of VR trainning possible, our own little danger room. Just talk with Hephaestus, our super computer, and it'll set up a trainning simulation for you.
Weapon Range- Complete with weapons and ammo galore, our weapons range is one of the best.
Leisure room- Just feel liek relaxing? No problem. Take a trip to the leisure room. Pool table, dartboard, and a couch can be found within.
Showers- Shower rooms for both guys and gals are avaliable within the compound.
Exercise room- Weights, treadmills, and all sorts of exercise equiptment can be found here to keep toned soliders fit and agile.
Rules are stated once again below. Please read and follow them accordingly.
Please, be literate.
Use proper punctuation and spelling, not text speaking of 1337 please. Separated words from actions with "quotations," and when speaking out of character makes sure to use [[brackets]] or (paranthesis.) Try not to appear out of nowhere, lead in when entering.
Respect the ToS.
I know you all have heard of the Gaian Terms of Service. Reside by those and you'll be golden. Roughly these include: Nothing above pg13 rating, be polite, no harassment, no deragatory words, etc.
No Godmodding.
Seriously, no autohits, no invincible characters, and no ungodly powerfull angel-demon hybrids for god's sake. I want a fun and fair RP.

Dog sat in his room, in the corner, holding an old tennis ball he still carried and staring at a single spot on the opposite wall. Every few moments he would throw the ball and it would hit that spot and come back to him, and he would hold it for a while and throw it again. There really was no point to this. It was just something he did when his heart and mind was heavy.

She had heard the bouncing from down the hall and knew very well what that symbolized. Finding her way to his quarteres, Jade leaned against the doorway and watched him.
"Hey," she said softly. She then let out a halfhearted laugh. "Old habits die hard, huh?"

He threw the ball one last time and, catching it for the final time, stood and placed it in a drawer. "Hey..." He swallowed hard and searched for what to say, just standing there looking down at her. Then, finding nothing, he turned and walked over to his bed, sitting down upon it, still staring at the floor. After a moment he sighed. "I'm okay," he said. "I don't wanna think about it right now."
He couldn't think about, he didn't want to face it, but he knew he would have to. But every time he closed his eyes he saw their faces crying for help, crying for his help, and he couldn't help them. "I'm sorry," he said to her. "What's up?"

"Just making sure you were.." she trailed off. Her gaze was also averted, she didn't feel like she could take another's eyes peering at her like they did. She knew where Dog was and wanted nothing more then to wak over and comfort him but she held her ground. After all, how could she comfort him when she too had thir blood on her hands? With another sigh, sh brushed her hair from her face.
"Seems quiet," she replied somberly as she thumbed the gifted dog tags around her neck idly.

"Quiet as ever," he said. "Any time now though, I'm sure. Maybe." He looked up at her and managed a smile. "You wanna sit down? We haven't really gotten a lot of time for just the two of us since we left."

Managing a small smile, Jade nodded slightly and walked throught the thresold. Nearing the bed, she took a seat next to Dog. There was a long drawn out silence between them before finally Jade rested her head on his shoulder. She knew he didn't want to talk about it but it didn't change the fact that the event still happened. However, honoring his wishing, she lifted her head from him and spoke of other events.
"Remember that time we were to infiltrate that crime syndicate in Okinawa," she said as she stared at the ground. Letting out a small laugh she reminisced. "You were disguised as a chef and I was the waitress at that small restaurant where a deal was going down.. We didn't even ahve to do anything, your cooking stopped them all dead in their tracks." She laughed again.

Dog stared the ground silently listening to her. As she spoke, he slowly felt his mood lifting, and he cracked a smile. "Yeah, I remember," he said laughing. "Although if my cooking hadn't done it, I'm sure that little uniform you had to wear would have."

Jade let out a more sincere laugh this time. "Ya, ya," she replied. "But someone had to wear it and if it were you I doubt we'd get the information we needed. They're hightail it outta there with one glance." She then laughed again and looke up at Dog this time. Her laughter died down and her grin faded to a slight smile once more.

"Yeah..." He smiled as he looked at her. "You know, I missed this. Laughing, remembering like we are." He nudged her gently and said, "C'mon, let's do something. You must be bored or why else would you stop by."

"Well," she said looking ahead, "maybe I just wanted to be around you." She then glanced back at him and pondered for a moment before shaking her head. "No, that couldn't be it. My mistake." She then laughed and nudged him back before standing. "Let's go for a walk."

He looked around as if really thinking about it, glancing at her occasionally. After a little while of making it seem he was actually considering declining he quickly arose. "Alright then, let's take a walk. Where are we walking to?"

"Haven't thought that far ahead," she quipped. "Just around the compound? Maybe we'll find some recruits still lurking around.." She then looked out into the hall, it was dead silent. "..or maybe not."

Tier was outside sharpening his axe blade "Garm" with a whetstone, mumbling to himself about something. He sat on top of a large flat rock with his legs dangling off the sides with a pitcher of water next to him.
