In this office admissions are considered, grades are stored, disciplinary records are held, and a kind group of office workers are here to help whomever comes in with some sort of question. A waiting area is lined with a few chairs on the walls and a long counter separates where the students and staff go. Behind the counter are people working on computers, taking calls, and more importantly taking some of the weight off of the Headmaster's shoulders.

The headmaster entered the office and leaned over the counter. "Would you guys be so kind as to see that these got sent off to where they are meant to go? I would most appreciate it." He placed the papers on the counter and walked out it was such a nice day. Not taking advantage of it would be a sin.

The walk from his room to the office was probably more confusing than it should've been. He got lost, turned around, and lost again a number of times. Oh well, the way his brain works, he can remember a path the moment he travels it. So all that trip did was expand his knowing of the lands. He's quite good with directions.
That was fun. He thinks. Yes, after a few twists and turns, he finally makes it to the main office. He's taken out his ear phones and turned his MP3 player off. After all, it'd be kinda disrespectful to be listening to music while conversing with someone of higher authority.
As usual, he doesn't know what to expect. He's new to this place, and he hasn't met a soul. How are the people in the office to act? Are they the cool, easy going kinda people that're easy to talk with, or are they a stickler for the rules? "Shirt tail in! Pants above the waist! Blah, blah, blah!" DJ's pretty much been through it all, so however they act, he'll be ready. Over the years of his school career, the best way to deal with any teacher, principle, counselor, or whatever, is to just be cool. Let them talk, let them explain, listen for understanding, nod with them, all and all, just be a good student.
Honor's one of his most esteemed values, too. After watching a lot of shows that center around the "hero" being like an honorable knight or samurai, he's sorta picked up on it and added that trait to his personality. Keeping that in mind, it's only natural for him to get on the higher ups' good side. Honor and respect is also a pretty good Christian quality, and as a Christian, DJ considers his greatest goal is to be Christ like, and as it's been documented in the Good Book, the Great Christ was a great student as a child. He was teachable. All DJ wants to do is follow in His footsteps.
He arrives at the door to the front office. After knocking twice, he grips the door handle and lets himself in. The first thing he sees is the front desk. The assumed secretary sits typing on a standard officey computer. No one seems to be waiting, so he helps himself to the front desk.
The woman stops in her rapid key tapping and looks up at the new arrival. "Can I help you?" She asks.
"Uh, yeah. Um..." Talking... Looks like DJ'll have to talk. Oh well, he thought as much anyway, but still, for some odd reason, he feels as if he's on the spot. People often throw out a lot of Uh's and Um's when they feel uncertain, DJ's no real exception. "Yeah, I'd like to pick up my schedule. I'm new here, so... yeah."
"Schedules aren't out yet, sir," the woman quickly states.
Surprise. That's a natural feeling to be felt at this time, but DJ also feels a bit awkward. "Oh, alright. Thanks." Not knowing where this conversation should go next, he pretty much ends it.
Now what? After turning to leave... he leaves. Wonder the halls some more? Yeah, that sounds good.
