Chandra browses through the marketplace, glancing over the goods displayed in the various carts, stalls, and advertising boards. She isn't looking for anything specific except directions to the nearest cantina, where she hopes to find a drink, a little information, and maybe even work. She isn't asking much for questions though, instead hoping for a sign or an overheard conversation. Interrupting a local to ask will be her last resort.

"So then I said to her," a Human male started to explain pretty loudly to a Rodian male, "if you didn't want the drink maybe you should have spoke basic." The Rodian replied in his native language of Rodese. "Are you making fun of people that don't speak basic?" "No, no. See she couldn't speak basic at all, you can, thats the difference man." The Human explained. The Rodian looked at the Human and again replied in his native language. "I see. I don't really see the funny part of the story but that could be because I do not have your sick humour." "That could be more true then you'd ever believe. Anyways I got to get to work. Maybe stop by in a few hours and get a drink on the house." The Human told the Rodian. The Rodian answered him in Rodese. "I'll be working, I can't drink when I am working, you know that. But I'll meet you there after work." "okay. See you later!" The Human told him, and they both parted ways.

Chandra continues to casually wander the area, but now she's moving in the direction the human male she had just heard speaking had gone. Even if she loses sight of him, she now has a general direction and she's not in a hurry.

The Human wasn't in a hurry either. His swift started in five minutes but he didn't care. He could be five, even fifteen minutes late, even his boss wouldn't care. It was probably because he was the owners son and if he got fired the Cantina was shut down. The deal was as long as he showed up for his swift and did half the job that he was told to do then he would keep his job. Until then the Human slowly walked to the Cantina, he even flirted with some girls on his way. Twi'lek, Human, even a Rodian female. It didn't look like the girls really felt the same about him, but he didn't care. He was okay looking but he believed he was great looking. It took him about ten minutes until he finally got to the Cantina. He walked slowly to the counter, then got behind it. He looked at his boss that shock his head and smiled.

Chandra eventually spots the cantina, but doesn't move any faster. Eventually, she does enter and glances around the room before approaching the bartender.

"What will you have?" He asks her. He isn't the human he had followed.

"A shot of the strongest stuff you've got," Chandra replies, "And I'll pay extra if you're willing to answer one question for me."

"After the strongest stuff we have you may not be able to remember your question sweetie." The Bartender asked. "And even if you don't take the shot and still only ask your questions, I am not sure if I can answer it. Nothing personal, just a lot of people ask me questions I never had the answers to. Still want that shot or you thinking about going with something a little lighter?"

"Okay my dear." The man sighs and hands he a shot of the strongest stuff that they had, which was pretty powerful stuff. He then stands there, a blank, almost depressed look on his face as he looked at the glass. "Thats going to be Seventy five credits for the drink." He told her.

Chandra takes the glass and gives him one hundred credits; "Anyone around here who might have a few minutes to talk to a relative newcomer to these parts?"

"That I know of? No. Sometimes people like talking, other days, people don't." The barkeep said knowing he;d see this girl tomorrow, that is if she remember where here was. It wouldn't be long before she got so drunk that she would pass out. The barkeep had seen stronger people pass out thanks to this stuff.

The man gave her thirty second before she got smashed and probably fifteen second more before she passed out. He had been bar tending for almost thirty years and had never been wrong, he knew he maybe off by a few seconds but not much more then that.
