Neji has the " Hyuuga " cold. And the special cold only works on Hyuugas and gets them in the mood and tell the truth about everyone. And later on in the fiction drama comes on because when Neji had his cold, he had told Kiba and shikamaru why he likes them and stuff. and later on Kiba and shikamaru notices that they actually like Neji. and now Shikamaru finds out Kiba is trying to win Neji. But shikamaru buts in and try to win neji too.
So what do you think?

...a cold makes Neji horny? O.o I don't get it. I like the idea of Kiba and Shika fighting over Neji, though. But we already have a thread for this: plot bunny thread.

You can always write it if you wish. I'm not too sure what my opinion on it is yet. As guild captian, I would ask that you do try to stay within existing topics, no matter how much you may like them. You could probably come up with a more likely reason as to why Neji would act that way than a "Hyuuga cold"; it's original but it's not very believable, and it's not much of a cold if those are the symptoms. I hate to say it, but if that were the case, I probably wouldn't read the story on my own
The most common route would be alcohol. Neji would have a low tolerance anyway, I imagine, and it's also pretty good at loosening tongues and inhibitions. I agree with Nara, though, I kind of like the idea of tension between Shikamaru and Kiba over Neji. Or Shikamaru and Anyone over Neji, really. If it's done right it can be really entertaining.
Write the story, though, i don't mean to dissuade you from it, and we can judge it then.
You might want to look through the forum for threads pertaining to your post before you start up a new one, though, for organization's sake.
