What do you do with it you may ask?
well its obvious that its an extension of the guild as to make it look pretty and not so trashed with dead forums.

If you have a RP and want branching stories to it...gather 2500 gold and donate it to the guild. Then notify one of the vice captains or the captain that you wan a SubForum and give the name of it. If the rp goes out, no bites or just dies, I shall repay you your gold anyway I can.

For RP SFs I want there to be a topic called "Character Sheets". Actually it has to be required. Failing to make ill take away your SF and will not to pay you back the gold.

Who to report to

A question came to me about what happens if the RP controller becomes unruly.
If any member of said RP feels that the controller isnt being fair, report to moderators Raziel and Matej Ivanovich.

Also, if the reports about the creator is bad. The rp will be checked as crew only and it will be put on a probationary period. If the creater tries to ask for his/her gold back, it will not be given and asking will put your rp more towards the cancelled.

Creating you SubForum RP will have a few things that need to be done.
First the RP's first topic has to be the story line.
Second is character creation and third, is the creator's own set of rules for the RP to follow by.

Story Line

The Story line topic must be updated not all the time, but when a big event has created itself. the first post will hold the original story line's starting point and under that the continuation of the stroy. Giving the date of the addition is good and helps the members of said rp know what happened and whats going on.

Character Creation

The creator of the RP sets the creation process, the creator is to take up atleast three posts at the beginning. Setting the definitions of what the sheet means, how to create a character and examples fo the character sheet members can use to create their own, in this post at the bottom will list the members name as a link the location of the post(that can be done, i just need to remember how to do and will help the creator)

Rules

In addition to the standard rules of the Guild, The creator of said RP has set his/her own by the RP itself. These rules carry with it branching rps that a member may want to create in addition to said RP. The member in question has to send a request to the creator of said RP or the creator will request for the branching RP to be deleted or locked until the matteris resolved.

The Rules topic can govern the list of items for said RP. Equipments, weapons, food, etc.
