EPISODE I Seido's nightmare.

A young boy looked around the corner, before frantically running through the damp, dark halls. He tried to yell for help, but to no avail, no sound came out. After emerging into a bright room, the boy looked around to see that there were four magnificent mirrors.

The first showed him sinking slowly into the ground, as if it were quicksand. The boy shifted to the mirror on his right, which had a reflective silver frame. It showed several large, spinning blades slicing through the boy cleanly. It seemed that no harm was done, until the reflection fell to the ground in bloody slices, but the boy shifted to the next mirror right before that.

This mirror had a frame that seemed to be made out of pure, handcrafted gold. For a few seconds, this reflected the boy exactly like a normal mirror, before the reflection burst into blazing red flames. But instead of panicking, the reflection tilted it's head back and laughed maniacally as it turned to ashes.

The boy was shaking as if an earthquake had struck his body from fear. He turned to the frameless, fourth mirror, nervously waiting to see what happened to his reflection this time. A man in black with glowing red eyes, holding a glimmering metallic knife, rose up behind the boy's reflection, and placed a hand on it's shoulder.

But, as soon as the hand was on the reflection's shoulder, he felt a hand on his own. The boy quickly whirled around, just as the man swung the knife at his throat.

Seido suddenly jolted up out of his bed, beads of sweat decorating his forehead. "Mom....Dad....Where are you guys?" he called out as he slowly descended down the staircase, finding his parents in the kitchen, his blue eyes bright and happy to see them. Seido explained his dream to them, since he had the uncanny ability to remember his dreams.

"Now Seido...You have nothing to fear," his mother said in a comforting voice, "and don't scream to much. Because if you lose your voice, we won't have the pleasure of hearing you terrified screams." Suddenly, his parents pulled out a pair of knives. Seido clenched his scraggly, jet-black hair as he curled-up into a little ball.

Seido found himself under a large, lumbering tree that barely shielded him from the rain. But the only thing keeping the rain from soaking him was the blue trenchcoat over his head.

Since there were no signs of humanity anywhere in sight, which isn't saying much since the sun has already set, the 13 year old grabbed his long, metal spear, and trekked through the dark forest, toward a nearby village.
