Once the mansion of the infamous Hell Mel, who turned into a hero of the city of Meribia, Ryo has since taken up residence. It is finely made, with a wide fountain in the middle of the room and many plants lining the wall. The dining room is directly back, and a door on the left leads into the guest bedrooms or the kitchen. A hallway running right of the main entrance leads to the main meeting chamber. One must secure permission before they come in, because Ryo is working at many hours of the day. If the passageway is further followed then you will reach the stairs, which lead to the personal chambers of Ryo and the best guest room for anyone of importance.

Things were fairly quiet as they had not been in the mansion for a while, a kind of peaceful lull falling over the place. Suddenly, the guest bedroom door burst open with a pair of beautiful ladies running for the stairs, Zeo close behind with shirt off. "WAIT BABES! You SAID you wanted to 'hang out'! I thought you ment in the bedroom! With your cloths off! Come oooonn...you even said you wanted 'it'!"
One of the girls turned towards him, throwing a sock that hit him in the face. "I ment my shirt you pig!" The girls ran out of the door in their disheaveled apparel, ignoring the onlookers. Beside him, a guard turned to look at Zeo. "Denied again, huh?"
Zeo spared him a glance before throwing together a quick story. "Noooo! See, we were doing it...ALL NIGHT LONG! *shouts out the door* And they just remembered they needed to find their, uh, shirts! Look, and I found them! *holds up thrown shirts* Ladies, you can come back now!" Zeo looked back into the street where the women had made their escape.
"Riiight sir. Well, maybe next time you won't drag them in in the middle of the night after getting them drunk, drugging them, tieing them to a pole and undressing them...and they might NOT break your arm and storm out. Though I did enjoy the show."
Zeo looked at the man quickly. "They didn't break my arm." Suddenly, Zeo looked down...and realized his arm was indeed missing. "Ah darnit! Jack Taylor, get over here and fix this..." On queue, the LEGENDARY Jack, GRIZZLY WING Taylor appeared from the other room! *dun dun*
"Damnamin kids always kidnapping them damn women showing off damn parts don't steal me none muddingupthe damn floor..."*proceeds to sweep off with his evil janitor ravings.*

Biggs took his appointed spot at the entrance to the mansion. 'Man, this is the best job in the world! Other than being a turk, of course. Sometimes I wonder why I quit that...but hey! At least I've got this beautiful view of the midnight sun...' Biggs boasted to himself proudly, kicking his foot a bit for joy. However, he didn't notice the banana peel before him, and tripped, falling into the river circling the mansion. "DRAT!"

Rather than venturing deeper within the mansion, Shana chose to stand timidly in front of the fountain. Her eyes, two miraculous drops of bright amber water, suspended the reflection of the fountain's intricate sculpture, every detail present. Having never in her life seen more than a few public fountains, she found it odd not to see the twinkling coins adorning the bottom; peacefully seated, untouched, beneath the crystal water...

"Ah, Shana!" Ryo said, signing a paper and shoving a few mindless executives away. He walked up to the woman, looking down at the fountain. "Come, come, to my office. We have something to discuss, that's..." Ryo looked around the room, then back to her. "...private." Ryo turned, glancing back to see if she was following.

"Sir." Shana smiled, snapping her attention to Ryo. She nodded and politely laced her hands behind her back, following him as he wished. It was odd to be summoned by someone as important as he was; Shana wasn't physically capable of very much.

Ryo led the way down the hallway before finally coming to a large, wooden double door. He slowly entered in, and made his way behind his desk. Many large bookcases sat behind him, lined with ancient texts from before Ghaleon's regime had taken over. Many of them were illegal, and had this city been under his control it's likely Ryo would have found himself on the wrong end of Ghaleon's wrath.
"Here, this is your file. Read this, and then my new XDLL Paper Deathinator 5000 is over there." Ryo motioned to the wall to the new machine. On top was a normal paper shredder, but below that it ran into an incinerator, and then into a freezer, down into highly toxic chemicals that had the same 'shrinking' effects as steroids, and finally into the hands of Michael Jackson cause hell, no one wants them then.

At that point, Shana needed to surpress a giggle. "Sir," she answered again, gingerly accepting the files before flipping through them. She read, maintaining a smile, with lack of any other emotion beside contentedness. It was a few moments before she processed it all and then tossed the file into Ryo's new toy.

Ryo nodded as she threw it away. "You are dismissed." He turned, pulling forth a book titled 'Democracy. Why We're Fighting For It Even Though Ghaleon's Regime Is Better.' "I LOVE this one! Although some of it I don't agree with, it's got a kitty in it!" Ryo said, flipping to page 1.

"Hey, you can't go in there!" Came shouts from inside.
---"The Hell I can't!" Came another voice, followed by a few crashing sounds and grunts. A moment later, the great Cid Highwind came stumbling through the door.
"What the hell's all this crap about me 'not being allowed in'. I thought you summoned me?" Cid looked over the table at Ryo.

Ryo laughed as he caught a glimpse of the unconcious knights outside his door. Nothing was more dangerous than when someone told Cid he couldn't do something. Looking back at Cid, he managed to pull a stray face on once more. "Yes, I did summon you. Perhaps in the future I'll have to make sure they get the memo. Anyways, here is your detail." Ryo extended the envelope to the Pilot, then motioned to the new confangled device on the wall.

Cid nodded as he read the details of his assignment, then nodded. "And I don't let anyone know about this, except the crew aboard?" Cid held the envelope over the shredder, letting it fall in.

Ryo nodded. "Only those of your crew managing the ship, and those who will be in the mission. This is top-secret: If word of it got out, many lives could be sacrificed for naught." Ryo turned, looking out the window. If everything went right, the Rebel alliance might finally take some sway again...something that hadn't happened in a long time.

Cid nodded, turning around and leaving the room. "Well, iunno about this war, but I understand that people have the right to choose as they want. We don't need nobody ruling us, and that's exactly what this group believes. I'ma follow this guy to the end." Cid turned at the fountain, at last looking out the door and to the crew who were preparing to lift off.
