This official arena is located inside the largest of Mt. Hakurei's peaks, surrounded by the glistening white snow and icy cave walls around it. The arena serves as a battleground for my Band of Seven, and any intruders to our Mountain. Those who want my White Dragon Aura will have to earn it here.
This room also serves as the first test to enter the White Dragon Cave. To enter there, you must first come through this arena, and the guardian protecting it.

After the long silence on the mountain, Malakai finally makes an appearance. He'd been training for almost a year now and yet, he couldn't tell just how strong he'd actually become, with no one on this lonely mountain to practice against. Now, standing among the icy pillars, he focus his mind and body, raising both his temperature and power levels to their heightened state, causing the air around him to become steam and melting any ice nearby. "Alright now, Dusk, let's see how powerful we've become." He says calmly to the scythe on his back. Just as he's about to pull Dusk from his back, he hears a sound behind him, almost a kind of ding. Turning around, Malakai peers at the entrance of the arena.
As he does so, everything becomes distorted at the entrance and searing white flames burst out of nothingness and the third figure from the explosion near the Grindery leaps out with a maniacal laugh and a malicious glare in his eyes as he speeds towards the warrior of flame, not even touching the ground once. Grabbing Malakai by the face with a gloved hand, the figure launches forward at a breakneck speed and the two become engulfed in white fire as they make for the back wall of the arena. With uncanny strength, the figure launches the burning Malakai headlong into the back wall and pauses there, it's blazing blue eyes and many intricate tattoos pulsating as it watches.
Malakai is sent flying towards the back wall at an unbelievable speed, unable to move because of the unnatural flames surrounding him actually burning his heat immune body. With all of his might, the warrior of flame struggles against his searing bindings and with an exertion of pure will and a mighty roar disperses the flames but not in enough time to stop himself as he slams into the wall, causing an impact crater big enough to destabilize the entire thing, collapsing it on him, presumably crushing and killing him beneath it as the only thing visible is one limp hand under the rubble.
Still hovering there, the being cloaked in white hot fire watches and waits for a moment then his fanged grin broadens and he moves forward slowly, a shuddering sigh escapes him as he reaches out towards the rubble. From the rubble Dusk bursts forth and floats towards him. As soon as the two touch, they phase out and vanish.

In the wake of the attack a small blue flame appeared. The flame moved into the center of the area, and instantaneously transformed into a red clothed figure.
The figure resembled a zombie in the slow, unpracticed steps it took towards the scars of battle. The eyes turned, and it became clear that it was observing a lone white flame that remained. Whatever it wanted was clearly connected to this destruction of the Mt. Hakurei training ground...

Jakotsu stretched languidly as he at last made his way back to the top of the mountain his band shared as their home. It had been some time since he and the rest of them had left on their own particular missions, leaving Malakai as the sole protection for Hakurei. It hardly mattered, though, because the newest member of their group was more than capable...at least, that was Bankotsu's reasoning, and Jakotsu was never one to question his leader.
That's why when he noticed the smoking pile of rubble that was once one of the walls in the White Dragon Arena, the effeminate male rushed with eyes wide in wonder to the site. As he came nearer, he began to notice the strange white flame that still smoldered in the rock and a figure, clothed in red...Jakotsu grit his teeth in anger.
"You...what did you do to Malakai? Where IS he?" The usually playful warrior drew his unique blade and pointed it at the caricature of a male with hard eyes. He was going to get answers fast, or this would turn ugly even faster. It was his choice...

The creature spent a moment looking at the flame, ignoring Jakotsu's question, before turning and observing the newcomer. It only took a moment to register him as negative...he was totally uninteresting to the creature, it appeared.
Suddenly the red-clad warrior with two blades spouted flames, and in a sudden transformation turned to a blue flame. Without having acknowledged Jakotsu's threat, the flame moved towards the air and vanished without a trace.

As the flame took to the skies, Jakotsu lashed out with his sword, using the Golden Snake attack, but striking nothing. His tone was strained as he ran forward and shouted at the disappearing blue flame. "Wait! We're not done here...you can't just run off like that!" The mercenary shouted, to no avail. Then, realizing that his comrade was still buried beneath a huge pile of rubble, the man dashed over and began sifting through the boulders.
"Malakai? Malakai?! Are you in there? Are you alive? Answer me!" he cried out hopefully, his voice cracking a bit at the thought of once again losing his friends. "I'm going to pull you out of here...just hold on!" The boulders were almost gone...he could see an entire arm and part of his side. Before long he would be free...but in what condition, the warrior could only hope...

Groans emanate from within the rubble and the visible parts of Malakai's body are obviously and frighteningly burned. A dimly glowing orange eye opens slightly, as Malakai peers at Jakotsu through blurred vision. Suddenly, his eyes open wide and his body temperature spikes, flash melting whatever rubble is still attached to him as he sits up. "F-FATHER!! NOO!!" He cries out before collapsing again, steam rising off of his body, which is now covered in quickly cooling molten rocks. As he slips from consciousness again, his breath becomes low and raspy as if his throat had been burned by that strange white fire as well. It was a miracle he was even breathing and were it not for quick action, he may have died, buried in an icy tomb.

Jakotsu held a hand to his heart for a moment, thankful that his comrade was still breathing...though by the look of it, not for much longer if he didn't manage to do something. Pulling the man from the rubble, the effeminate member of the Shichinintai lifted him delicately over his shoulder and began carrying him out of the Arena and down the mountain. Nothing on Hakurei likely held the power to heal such horrible wounds completely, but he had heard of a place not far from here that might fit the bill.
It would be a somewhat long journey and Malakai would require constant tending, but if he could reach that village...then his friend would live for sure.
