I have been working on cleaning all the wine racks, and the spirits wall! and now I am having dinner. It is soooo dead tonight! eek

I had that happen once, had to help the kitchen clean and than do extra stuff only for $2.13 an hour since there where no tables.

songwritercramp--> Well there is just me working usualy, there isn't any one to talk to me. however as you can see there is a computer and I can use it for what ever I want to lol ^.^

I do not I get paid, $2.13 an hour and I don't even get to see that cause it covers all the taxes and such. So my lively hood depends on actually getting people and said people actually being decent enough to know how to tip.
Wish I had a job where I could veg on the computers when not busy that would be awesome.

Wish I had a job where I could veg on the computers when not busy that would be awesome. If you don't mind me asking, where do you work? because thats Crazy! You would never catch me working for that much money! I make $10/h at the Liquore store. I also have the option ofgoing back to the Automotive industry and makeing $15/h But I am much more happy here at the Liquore store. It gives me enough money to pay all my bills and plus some, and thats After Taxs...

He lives in the States. If I remember right, you live in Canada. Our labour boards have a lot more influence, plus our labour laws are more socially inclined.

I think minimum wage is $6.55 an hour in the states last I checked.

Wow so umm I just did reserch about min wage, and I now think the US is retarded when it comes to paying their people! No wonder they complain about tax, andnot sending the jobs out of the countrey! they need the money! some plcases people would have to have like 5 jobs to live!

I work at the T-Rex cafe. Since it's a restaurant and I am a waiter I get $2.13 an hour plus tips but then 4.5 percent of my tips get divided between the busters, bartender, and food runner.
No getting I have been lucky so far. Most of the time I make close to 10-14 an hour but with the way business has been I might need to look for another job only problem there are not a lot of place that are hiring, that I could actually work at.
