Rank Structure

The rank structure of the Armeekorp is rather simple in my opinion. There are two paths to choose from as you advance. One must choose to follow the path of enlisted or officer. These paths are on a even playing field per say, but require different duties to be preformed.

Enlisted members, starting with rank "Corporal," are in charge of taking care of mercenary members on a lower, more down-to-earth level. They are responsible for the training of the lower ranking members to ensure the success and rise through the ranks.

Officers within the league, starting with rank "Second Lieutenant," are more logistical. They lead from a distance and mostly work behind the scenes in order ensure success of the league. There duties often require set up departments, rules, work within the Tactical Operations Command, etc.

How to Earn/Keep Rank

How to earn rank within the Armeekorp? This is the question that is probably the burning question within each and every member after they join the ranks.

There are a few basic things that need to done to advance in your career within the League. The first is to be active within the guild. These means that you must post within the guild. Take part of missions and events available to the members of the League.

Once you earn rank the next question to come to mind is what do I need to do in order to keep it. This is actually rather simple to do as well. Remain active within the guild and follow the Terms of Service of GaiaOnline and the Gaian Mercenary League.
