|-| Sex: While she is female, she has some of the thought processes of a male, and male spiders are often eaten after sex. So, she has a slight fear of physical, romantic contact, and would probably try to harm any children she has(Mixture of male/female breeding habits).

Powers:
|-| Charisma: Not exactly a "power", per say, but she is very good with words, and can be very convincing when she wants to.
|-| Webs: Can spin webs from her fingertips, uses them in illusions. Can effect how sticky they get. By extension, she can sort of "fly," by using ballooning(Making a parachute out of webbing and letting the wind carry her.) She has no control over direction though.
|-| Illusions: She can weave illusions in the air, though they're stronger when laid over something(Usually her webs). Can trick four of five senses; sight, hearing, taste, and smell. Can fool touch too, if it's laid over something real.
|-| Eyes: Can see in the dark. Her upper three eyes also see in black and white, but she can ignore that vision if it distracts her.
|-| Food: Not so much a power as a bodily capability. She can go for extended periods of time without food(Provided she has water) and can also eat her body weight in food.
|-| Senses: Can sense vibrations, air currents, and humidity because of nerves in her skin.
|-| Bite: Has a potent, venomous bite. Rarely uses this, as she considers it beneath her to use a tactic as vulgar as biting someone to accomplish something.
|-| Limb regeneration: If she loses a limb before she's a teenager, she can slowly grow it back. As a teenager or older, though, she's incapable of it.
|-| Molting: As she grows to each age, she molts her skin because she has a spider's exoskeleton, which can't grow with her body. Once reaching the adult stage, though, she won't molt anymore.
Weaknesses:
|-| Weak body: She's not weak as in physical strength, but weak as in weak boned. Her body is similar to a spider's, so her bones are very very light, and not quite built like a humans. Her skin itself is like a spider's exoskeleton, so if any sort of heavy weight falls on a part of her body, it goes smush. And it definitely wouldn't be easy to fix.
|-| Disbelief: Her illusions can be easy to ignore. If one touches the illusion and realizes it's fake, as long as they can ignore what they see it's easy enough to completely bypass.
|-| Temperature: She moves more slowly in colder weather.
|-| Molting: She's very weak when molting, being vulnerable during the process. Will generally go into hiding so she doesn't risk getting attacked and/or injured.

Appearance: Warm mocha-brown skin with light markings like that of a male black widow spider(Stripes on arms/legs, and the abdomen markings on her back). Additional spider legs; four appendages coming from her back, somewhere along her lower spine but above the tailbone(Not enormous, not tiny. Can be curled in/hidden. This is also OPTIONAL to the artist). Three extra eyes on her forehead, one above each brow and one raised and in the middle(Like a triangle), though they look more like shiny black marbles then eyes(Spider eyes, ooooohh).

Given Name: Chelynl
Gender: Female
Age: Teenager

Personality: Having grown up in the violent, harsh world of the Brothers of Estos, she is certainly no wilting flower. A trickster and a liar, she has no problems about deceiving people with an innocent smile in order to gain something, or even just for her own amusement. As one of the few girls in the temple, she loves causing havoc for the Brothers' and getting the blame pinned on someone else. Not necessarily "evil," she just loves to be amused, prank people and cause havoc, but doesn't really care, or simply doesn't notice, when she offends someone, or someone gets hurt.

Appearance: Essentially the same as above. Dark skinned with spider markings, marble eyes in forehead, and spider legs on back(OPTIONAL to artist.)
Clothes: When first arriving, she'll be in some sort of robes. In the Temple, she wears heavy, dark colored robes with a large cowl that can be pulled over her face. Under the heavy robes, there are lighter ones that consist of a light undershirt and dark, thin pantaloons. Hair may or may not be tied back at random, depends on her plans for the day.


World: There is no name for Chel's world, it has yet to be fully explored. The world as she knows it, though, is located just outside the city of Talurn, which is in the middle of a dense, sprawling jungle, hot, humid and dangerous. The great Temple of Estos is outside the city walls, and that is what Chel calls home; a large edifice of dark stone, covered in vines and looking quite foreboding.

Those that reside in there are generally referred to as the Oras, but once inside the temple the social structure gets to be so convoluted that any who didn't grow up with it would get confused very quickly. To the Temple Brothers, those who serve the emotion god Estos, any who reside outside of the temple are anathema; they are only allowed in for the briefest rituals, unless they intend to fully devote themselves to Estos. If one is not born inside the temple, or not related to a Brother(They will ignore a b*****d child or two coming in as a cleaner or scribe of some sort), one may not reside in the temple.

And for one to look outstandingly different then the norm is, well, not a good thing. And generally ends in some sort of sacrifice, or banishment to the jungles outside the temple walls, which is essentially a death sentence. The jungles are untouchable, and are full of dangerous, primeval creatures, leading anyone living outside the city walls, and even inside, sometimes, to have a harsh, strong willed nature.

As far as time period goes, think along the lines of possibly middle age or so. No electricity or anything of the sort. There are limited forms of magic, but they are seen mostly within temples and the like, brethren thinking of them as miracles or signs from the gods.
