Welcome to the Saga. This guide will help you figure out where to post, how to post, and general etiquette.
1. Be courteous. Don't bicker and insult people over the RP, or anything else. Do not overdo the whole drama-llama nonsense in OOC. Please don't backbite or otherwise "secretly" insult someone in the forums either. If someone doesn't visit the OoC forums, that doesn't mean it's a free for all on how stupid they or their character is.
2. Post your topics in the appropriate forums. Do NOT post new topics in the main forum, as that is used for announcements and other important goodies. Please use only the subforums.
3. Always use a legible font. No light colors.
4. Don't break Gaia's ToS in this guild, please. It's not fun to get screwed over some silly outbreak.
5. Don't just visit the main RP thread. The worldbuilding forums are active, and are full of stuff you need to know.
6. Obey the various people I put into power as well as myself (eventually). If we say not to do something, don't whine about it. Just don't do it.
7. Keep cursing to a minimum. If you're actually reading these rules, replace the "damn" in the confirmation message I tell you to post with "gosh darn it". Why? To know you're reading this.
8. No sticky caps (dOn'T tYpE lIkE tHiS), chatspeak/netspeak/leetspeak (lol u gaiz d0nt t4lk li3k th1s plzkthx), or other pseudo-English internet dialects. They burn our souls. Also, I have this thing for commas and periods. Please add them 8D
9. If you have any questions, I don't mind PMs. I'll answer as promptly as I can. However, if it is RPwise and you think others have similar questions, send them to the FAQ forum.
10. Please disable your signatures in the main RP thread. Everywhere else is fine. Aquariums are exempt from this rule.
11. PLEASE read all announcements and rules. I can't PM you all at once. Well...I can, but I'd rather not :3
12. The Saga is not an RP you can just leap into without knowing something about the setting and world in general. Before creating a character or posting, look around and read up on what you're interested in so you can get your bearings.
