Name: Drina Velasco Age: 24 Appearance: 5'4, curvy, waistlength curls you cant pay to stay neat, dark hazel eyes with thick lashes. Cafe au lait complexion, dressed in stereotypical Gypsy clothing; long, ankle-length layered skirts, a tight fitted top, and sandals if she must wear something on her feet. Species: Gypsy Weapon, if any: A set of daggers;she is a fairly decent fighter. Star of (if any, requires permission): None Abilities (if star provides it): None Profession: Dancer in the Mandela Train Social status (noble, peasant, middle class, etc): peasant Sexual orientation: Straight
Personality: Fun and bubbly, likes to joke and sing, not really serious if she can help it. This makes her seem not smart, but to assume that would be a big mistake. Short background/history: She was born to dance. As a child (if you listen to her mother) Drina was dancing before she was walking. She has a large, loving family who is constantly on the move. A lot of times she felt like she was just..an extra. Nothing special. To combat that feeling, she used to sneak away and go to taverns and dance for the clientele there. It leaked out to her family, and when her father found out, gave her an ultimatum: stop sneaking out or leave home, because she was disgracing her family's name. Bidding her family farewell, she packed up a few belongings and some money and set off. In her travels, she heard of a circus called the Mandela Train, and decided to head in that direction. In short order she was dancing for the circus and no longer felt like she was nothing special. Affiliations (relationships, alignment with various societies, et cetera): Anything else: For such a little person, she has a very low and husky voice.

1. That's not actually traditional gypsy clothing. Traditionally, gypsies wore a lot of loose, heavy layers up top and veils over their heads and around their bodies. You could say stereotypical gypsy clothing if you mean she dresses in a belly top and skirt with bangles because that's what we all think of.
2. I personally think it would be better if you have her as a dancer with the circus already. Right now there aren't any characters you can RP being hired with so it will be a REALLY long time (maybe never depending on what sort of characters are added) before you can get her in. But if she's already a member, you and I can RP small scenes there right away because we can assume she and Chloe know each other already. But Chloe's the only circus person right now and even if she was in a position where they let her meet without outsiders apart from shows and working her booth (which I serious doubt) she really wouldn't be able to hire Drina or anything (plus, she's kinda....majorly nutty so Drina would probably be freaked out by her if they were just meeting for the first time.
That's all.

Remove the WIP from the title and she's approved.
