Lake Urooboe "Was" once known as a place one came to forget their past.... literally... it would wipe the memory of anyone that touched the water, as the water would move to life and grab any who came to close and drag them to the bottom, removing their memories, few that where dragged to the bottom though would recall seeing a "glow" and others who got closer to the "glow" would find out that at the bottom of the lake was a dig mass of ice, and trapped inside of the ice was a clear glowing egg with a baby inside.... once outside of the water and losing all their memories spirits of the lake would take from of children, if you got your memory wiped, a spirit would take the form of a child that looked just like you and try to make you protect the lake but after a short while a ton of dragons and people started to come to the lake trying to get the egg out upsetting the lake... soon it was found out that the lake was controlled by the egg's parents... each of their soul bound to one of two island that where hidden on the lake... another long story short the egg was set free the souls of the parents went mad, then the egg hatched then the spirits tried to kill everyone, But with the determination of brave travelers this came to change... However Many travelers still come in order to aid in forgetting their pasts and try to move on with their lifes, Some say the Lake is haunted with the memories it had taken from the past, and the Spirits that gave them up...
This lakes holds two small islands, the northern one holding nothing but a small shrine devoted to the spirits of the lake, the south and larger island holding a few huts filled with travelers that gathered to pay their respects to the lake...
