Hello and welcome to the History of the Realm! The purpose of this topic is the enlighten you on the Realms history, important characters, and important places. You are free to read the original Rp itself, but if you are too lazy for that, well, this is the topic for you! I've done all the hard work, so you don't have to! Aren't you lucky?! Now the Realm has a rich history of characters, but sadly some have been skipped over. This topic is mainly concerned with 'cannon' characters. If you are an RPer from the 'olden' days and wish to have your history added, please contact me! Be warned, you must have a legitimate claim! Since history is written everyday, this topic will strive to be up to date with all future history and story arcs, so if you are gone for an extended period, read this topic first! ~Island of Aquus Arc Important Characters: [Toku][Bonez][Riddle][Star][Kani][Zargata][The Pinkness][Nina][Zargate/Dark Zargata][Diana]Important Places:[To the Tropics][Island of Aquus]An unnamed ship set sail on a voyage to discover the fable Islands of Legend! This ship was lead by the Great Captain Gurtan, and his newly hired crew of young steadfast adventurers. Toku was one of the last to enter the ship before it left port; for he was on a quest to find his ‘sister’ and to cure a very important person. For deep within the ship was a girl by the name of Star. She had fallen ill with an unknown disease that turned her into a ghastly zombie. It was up to Toku and Kani to cure her. The ship sailed smoothly for a time, but it was abruptly attacked by the fearsome necromancer Bonez! He was able to control the zombie, Star, and use her to kill some of the crew abroad the ship. A great neko warrior, named Riddle, and Toku managed to fight his evil powers and chase him away. A ceremony was held for those who died and the ship finally made port on the Island of Aquus. Bonez would attack again but this attempt would fail. Toku would then find his sister, Kani, and they would cure Star of her strange illness. Meanwhile, on the island of Aquus another dark plan was slowly unfolding. A girl by the name of Zargata was waiting for a ship to arrive with her best friend, The Pinkness. They had been stuck on an island for some time and were hoping to catch a ride with the unnamed ship that was now heading there way. Once the ship did arrive, Zargata caught sight of Toku and later erupted into a violent fit, nearly killing herself. Luckily enough, Nina the high priestess of the island, found them and took Zargata back to the temple to nurse her back to health. The corrupted God of Death, Dark Zargata, was trying to reclaim the missing portion of his soul that was currently residing in Zargata. In doing so, he could gain his full power back. Zargata, Pinkness, and Nina devised a plan to trap the God within the legendary Clear Orb. So they traveled to Red Rock. When they obtained the orb, Pinkness then turned on them, for he was working for the evil God of Death. Meanwhile Dark Zargata was devising his own plan to use another soul to block the powers of the Clear Orb. Despite his attempt, he could not sway Bonez to do his bidding. With time now running out for our heroes, they teleported back to the Island of Aquus. They had to catch Pinkness before he could give the Clear Orb to Dark Zargata. At this time, Dark Zargata was nearly back to full power and had transformed into his gigantic dragon form. With nothing to stop him, he started to destroy the island. Toku, Kani, Riddle, and Star would launch the first assault on the evil God. Meanwhile Zargata and Nina managed to get the orb back from The Pinkness. The true God of Death, Zargate, and the mighty warrior, Diana, were expelled from the corrupted God, and now aided our heroes in smiting Dark Zargata. The evil God proved too powerful and managed to steal Zargata’s soul and transformed into an unholy abomination. Star then used the Clear Orb and trapped the monster within it; also she was able to free all the souls and memories the evil creature had taken through out the years. Thus trapping Dark Zargata and ending his short reign. Arc Synopsis:~There was a BOAT! Toku and Riddle were on it. ~Bonez attack the Boat using zombie Star. ~They find Kani on Aquus, cure Star sometime later. ~Dark Zargata is all evil and stuff. ~Zargata, Pinkness, Nina find Clear Orb. ~Dark Zargata is defeated.

~God Slayer Arc Important Characters: [Toku][Bonez][Riddle][Star][Kani][Zargata][Nina][Zargate][Diana][Shraknar][Storm X]Important Places:[To the Tropics][Red Rock]The ship would continue sailing to the next island, known simply as Red Rock. Diana, the long lost daughter of Captain Gurtan, found out that the Clear Orb was mistakenly left on the Island of Aquus. She would then traveled back, and to her dismay, found Star and Bonez, who were turned into children by one of Star’s spells. Star had done this in order to cleanse Bonez's soul and give him a new start in life. But this spell has a odd after effect, for it turns the caster into a child as well. Star didn’t have much time before she would lose her memories, but she implored Diana to bring them back to the ship. She would then leave the island with Star, Bonez, and the Clear Orb. A short time later, the Island of Aquus would be wiped from the very map. An evil dragon, known as Shraknar, was the culprit. This dragon the personification of the evil that once resided within Bonez. He destroyed the island and vanished. Meanwhile back on the ship, any memories Star had retained were now gone, and she reverted back to her original memories. Also a strange mark appeared on her back, which read, “Golden Child born of the Star's purest light, keeper of life, protector of souls, Killer of gods...”. Zargate, who was now traveling with them, was very upset by this news. For he feared the powers Star held. Zargata, who turned out to be Zargate’s only daughter, was starting to become a Goddess herself. Who, or what she would turn into, depended on the will of her soul. It was then learned that a long time ago, back when Zargate was first corrupted, Star had killed the original Goddess of War. With this transformation happening to Zargata, many assumed she would become the Goddess of War’s reincarnation and be destroyed by the God Slayer once more. But before the transformation was complete, Star vanished. On Red Rock, Diana found a band of warriors known as the Storm Knights. This group was known for their extreme hatred of the dragon races back in the Great War. There reappearance was caused by the corrupted Gods death. Their leader, Storm X, told Diana about what happened and demanded that the God Slayer kill both Zargate and Zargata. Shraknar would then attack the boat, stealing the halos from Toku and Kani and banishing their halos to the Underworld. He would then kill Riddle, leaving Zargata the only person left to fight his terrible evil. She failed and would die, leaving Shraknar free reign to destroy the ship. In the Underworld, Zargata would reawaken as the new Goddess of War. While there, she found one of the missing halos and Riddle’s soul. With help from Zargate, she returned to the mortal Realm once more to fight Shraknar. Using the powers of the halo, she managed to cut through his armor and badly damage him. He would then retreat and Zargata and company would abandon the ship, which was almost sunken at this time. Star would then return to normal and her memories would return as well, as did with Bonez. The ship would be rebuilt and all seemed well, but something evil remained within Diana. She had gotten a horrible wound from Dark Zargata, which he was now using to take control of her body. Riddle, who had become an Angel, banished the evil within her, but was unable to save her life. Arc Synopsis:~Boat went to Red Rock. ~Star and Bonez turned into kids. ~Zargata was becoming a Goddess. ~Shraknar destroyed Aquus and attacked the ship, killing Riddle/Zargata. ~Zargata became the Goddess of War. ~Shraknar was defeated but not killed. ~Star/Bonez returned to normal. ~Diana had been corrupted by Dark Zargata and angel Riddle killed her.

~White Tower Arc Important Characters:[Star/Rats][Dark Zargata][Super Nova] [Zara]Important Places:[High Star Dragon Palace][The Fate Clan]In the central lands, where the High Star Dragon Palace once stood, adventures from The Fate Clan journeyed to find its inner sanctum. The deep underground maze and had not been destroyed when Bonez attacked the palace sometime earlier. This treasure trove of information was too important to leave undiscovered. While there, the dragons found a strange old book that seemed to hold a great and terrible power. They thought it could aid the clan so they took it and began the return trip home. When Star was transformed into a child, a very important spell began to weaken. This spell she placed on herself eons ago suppressed her alter ego Rats. With the spell weakened, Rats began to fight for control over Star’s body. The Clear Orb, which was dormant for some time now, suddenly went haywire and stole most of Star’s soul. With Star gone, Rats gained full controlled over the god slayers body and powers. Meanwhile, in a secret lab, a pair of dragons were being created of every known dragon race. These dragons, powered by the Shade Orb, would become artificial God Slayers. The Clear Orb was also stolen and was used to complete them. This project, and the dragons created from it, would be known as ' TWL's'. Back at the Fate Clan, the group returned with the book in hand. After speaking with the elders, they found out that it was one of two artifacts needed to summon the legendary White Tower. This tower could connect the Realm of the mortals with the Realm of the Gods. They would have destroyed the book, but Super Nova, a fearsome Dark Dragon and master mind behind the creation of the artificial god slayers, entered with the other artifact needed to summon the tower. With his dark magic, and an offering of an avatar blood sacrifice, Dipps, the Tower was created on top of the clan. The massive tower could be seen throughout the entire realm and was powered by the energy of the inhabitants of the clan itself. All that was left was for the newly made God Slayers to venture into the tower and Super Nova’s plans would come true. For he intended to kill the Gods and appoint himself as ruler of all realms. Rats then made her way to the White Tower and ran amuck within it. She even managed to strike down the Goddess of the Dawn, Zara. But she acted within her own free will and removed the dragons from within the tower. Claiming that they would get in the way of her fighting the gods. While within the Clear Orb, Star encountered Dark Zargata, who had been altered by the influence of the orb. The two would then strike a deal, and they would agree to aid each other in escaping out of the orb. Star’s soul would have to reside within Dark Zargata’s body for a short time. Her soul was a great burden for him to bare, but they managed to reach the tower before it destroyed him. Star's soul would then return to her body, and the battle with her alter ego would continue. Star managed to regain control and force Rats into hibernation. Super Nova's arm was then cut off when he attempted to kidnap Zargata and he was defeated. Vowing his revenge, Super Nova then fled. Star was about to destroy the tower when the twin God Slayers arrived. They would not obey Super Nova, and only wanted to fight the real God Slayer, Star. The tower then vanished and the artificial god slayers saw they were indeed no match for the original. Arc Synopsis:~Artifact book is found. ~Rats takes control over Star's body. ~Star is trapped in Clear Orb. ~Two artifacts used to create White Tower. ~Two dragons are created to be God Slayers. ~Super Nova wants power! ~Star is freed thanks to Dark Zargata. ~Star beats Rats and Super Nova. ~Huzza!

~Death Arc Important Characters:[Star/Rats][Zargata][Zargate/Dark Zargata][Dipps][Diana][Hielo Soma][Grim][Zara][Dark Lord][Origin]Important Places:[High Star Dragon Palace][Lake Urooboe][The Realm Exploring]In the Underworld, Dark Zargata was back to his old schemes once more. He impersonated his other half, Zargate and used his powers to throw Zargata into the Lake Urooboe, which erased all her memories. Zargate then attack Dark Zargata. The two might have destroyed each other if Grim had not stepped in to stop them. Grim was able to remove their Godhood in order to teach them a lesson. Zargate and Dark Zargata put their differences aside to go and save Zargata, Meanwhile Star was still fighting with her alter ego Rats. Some how Rats managed to gain control and removed the now weak spell that bound them. With the spell gone, Rats took full control once more. Dipps tried to intervene and stop Rats. Using the Eternal Flower, he was able to overcome her tremendous power. Seeing that she was losing the fight, Rats used Origin’s Halo to create her own body and escape from Star’s. With Rats now gone, Star returned to normal but was badly wounded from the fight. Dipps would then transport her too the Fate Clan where she could be healed. While in the lake, Zargata freed a small ice dragon by the name of Hielo Soma. The lake then went haywire and started to attack all the travelers who had ventured there. With the help of Grim, the spirits were quieted once more, thus returning peace to the lake. Diana also reappeared and joined the battle. Her sudden reappearance was caused by and intervention from the halo dragon Origin. For helping the mortals at the lake, Grim was sentenced to a mortal life by the Elder Dragon Gods. Zargate and Dark Zargata were very upset with the ruling and vowed to Grim that they would find a way to stop them. Grim, although, seemed happy with his new chance at life, but this did not sway Zargate or Dark Zargata. They would then travel back into the Underworld and try to summon the Dark Lord for aid. The two would never be seen again. Origin, the genderless Halo Dragon, had revived Diana by traveling into the void and gathering a small portion of her soul. He would also make an attempt in kill Zargata once more, for he feared her use in the Dark Lords plans, but Zargata proved too cunning and already under his influence. With the Dark Lords return to the Realm, Origin implored Star and the other to put a stop to his plans before he could thrust the world into a second dark age. So Star, and Diana, went on a quest to find a way to stop the Dark Lord. They were even able to summon the help of Zara, the dragon Goddess of the dawn. They would meet up with Dipps, who would then take them too the Garden of Eternity. In this place they found out that the garden was actually a grave yard created by Dipps. Zargata would then appear and challenge Star and Diana into battle. The Dark Lord would also then appear, taking control of both Star and Zargata and placed an evil curse mark on Diana. Somehow they managed to ward him off for a short time, and Dipps and Zara would travel back to the High Star Palace to go and find a cure for Diana. This left Zargata and Star to continue the journey, but this was the last anyone saw of the two, for they then vanished soon afterwards. Arc Synopsis:~Zargata thrown into a lake, and forgets everything. ~Dark Zargata and Zargate become mortal. ~Rats and Dipps fight. ~Rats gains her own body. ~Lake is saved. ~Grim is punished and turned into a mortal. ~Origin appears and trys to kill Zargata. ~Dark Lord is all evil and junk. ~Did the Dark Lord win...?

~Rebirth Arc Important Characters:[Star/Rats][Zargata][Zargate/Dark Zargata][Dipps][Diana][Grim][Dark Lord][Forgiven] [Kani][Toku] Important Places:[City of Duzell][High Star Palace] Many seasons past and no new events occurred. Star and Zargata were still missing and the Dark Lord never reappeared. Many assumed Star and Zargata had killed the Dark Lord, thus returning peace to the Realm. But Diana did not agree with this idea, for the curse mark still remained on her. She knew that the Dark Lord must still be alive somewhere in the realm. With Kani's aid, they set out to find the truth. Meanwhile, Dipps was doing his own part to help the cause. He had traveled the entire realm but came up with next to nothing. It wasn't until her bumped into a dragon by the name of Forgiven that he gained a renewed energy to continue his quest by helping her. She had no memory of her past and wanted to venture to one of the great Light Dragon Cities. Their journey would leave them on a wild chase after Diana and Kani. Once the group reunited a large power spike could be felt coming from the direction of the High Star Dragon Palace. They would make it to the city of Duzell and made an attempt to cut it off. The strange power turned out to originate from Star's alter ego, Rats. Rats then launched her attack on Dipps. She was able to drain the gift Star and bestowed upon him and used that energy to create an energy pathway to Star. So an uneasy alliance was formed between Rats and the group.
