I love many herbs, but have no clue which ones are best for stumach aches and muscle tension and/or aches. ^-^
If anyone would kindly post some herbs that are easly found and grow well in mostly warm to hot weather, indoor or outdoor. I dont think growing them sould be a problem for me beacuse I have a green thumb, but tips are always welcome.
~* Thank you. *~

Aches and tension: Chamomile to sooth your nerves and relax those muscles. Calendula (Marigold, Calendula Officianalis (sp?)) to make into a salve or even a tea in your bath to soak away ache. Cayenne peppers to soak in oil and use (carefully!) as a rub on painful muscles or joints.
Be careful, too- don't take calendula internally, and cayenne can cause blisters in sensitive skinned people.
Edit: Also, please keep an eye out for a similar topic before making a new thread. It helps keep the clutter down- in your case, a topic was made a few days earlier here
