I read something about EVs trying too understand them. So its a Tally of what kind've poke'mon your poke'mmon has been destroyed. And it counts that all up when it reach's lvl 100 as stat points right? Every 4 [Certain Poke'mon] = 1 Bonus point in a stat upon reaching lvl 100?
Yes, to a degree, that's right. However, certain pokemon will give more than one, and there's a limit to how many your pokemon can get, there's a very good explanation by Eri Crimson here:
