Getting Started

Before joining check out the Battle System. All characters will need to know how to use it. It will touch bases on how to level up your character and the dice system that will be used for all major battles.

Go to the Descriptions page for information about each playable and non-playable character. Some characters will be starters and after you level or something happens during the roleplay...others will become unlockable for you to choose. Make sure you pay attention, as I will clearly put if that character needs to be unlocked to play. This also tells how to unlock certain positions.

After you have found which you want to be go to the Profile Skeleton page, scroll to the position you want, fill it out and post it under the correct profile section. If I notice something I or the Vice Captions don't like...we will ask you to change it. Please do so, or it will be deleted.

After your profile is up you can start posting whenever you like. If I see that you have posted a profile but never posted. You'll have 3 days to either start posting or be deleted and removed from the Guild.

IC Places Rules

There will always be consequences for bad behaved characters. Not all the time will real players be around to punish your character...so make use of the NPC guards. If you are having your character getting away with too many things without punishment I will give you a warning. If an actual character playing a Guard, Doctore, Dominus, or Domina is on they can choose whatever punishment they think is best for the situation. Be careful because other characters could tell on your character in order to try and gain rewards.

These NPC guards are not easy meat bags that you can just push over. They are started at level 5 and have 45 health points It is a good idea to be atleast the same level or a level higher then them before you want to start picking on them, or plotting a giant escape plan.

Sleeping with another slave without permission will earn your character, possible trade if the character is a House slave to another Ludus or back to the slave market, possible lock up, lashing given by a Doctore, it will sap 2 health points.

Mouthing off at your Domina or Dominus or Doctore will earn your character a day without food and water, possible lock up time, a lashing given by the Doctore all which will sap your character of 5 health points.

Laying hand on a Dominus/a or Doctore will earn your character a week without food, minimal water, lock up until released, lashings every night by a Doctore, will sap character of 20 health points.

Killing another inside the Ludus (including NPC guards) or any other place, unless permission has been granted to take life will result in solitary confinement in the night time, standing in an excrement pile under ground during the day, no food little water, possible trade or sell of your character to a worse Ludus or back to the slave market, possible put to death (which will most likely have your character taken to the arena and letting the other characters gang up and kill your's), will sap 30+ health points or death of the character

Killing a Magistrate will result in death on the spot, or your character being fed to the animals. Will sap all health points.
