Once upon a time I was free. I was a free thinking scholar. I was a teacher to the young minor nobles of the highlands. My passion for life was unmatched and my quick wit and gentle hand had captured the gaze of many a young lass. Before that day, when the Romans came, I was 185 lbs and with a trim athletic build and long flowing red hair. My fair skin and gentle touch also made me fair game for the local brutes who had a habit of showing their displeasure with me by inflicting pain. I had long since learned to tend my own wounds and fight the growing anger, a serenity I hold to this day flows through my veins.
Now I serve as a slave in the markets awaiting to be purchased

Once upon a time I was free. [I had an amazing family who was surprisingly wealthy in the city of Athens, my father Heotor of Parnasus was an honored noble, my mother was once his slave but he fell in love with her over-whelming beauty and made her his wife. She had three children, Hector, Axelia and me, Hector was sent off to the finest trainers to become a general in the kings army. Lia and I were raised by our mother to become fine ladies of the court. Then one day our caravan which was on its way back to Parnasus to visit father was raided. The slavers had come, they had killed our gaurdsmen and right before my eyes they killed our mother in cold blood. To scared to fight or run I just stood there. Lia tried to fight them, she was always the one with fiery spirit, I was more reserved and calm.

Lia and I were captured and sent to the slave markets in Rome and Gaul, we were 7 at the time. Many men and women wanted us as a set, twins are always seen as a blessing. Finally when we were ten we were sold back to the slave market because our master had passed on. This time, Lia was bought first, I was heart broken, without my fiery side, I was considered meek, tiny, and overall just a house slave. I am a sensitive soul, after watching my mother get killed I felt something break inside me. Without Lia, I am nothing but a loyal servant, loyal because I am scared, they say the most loyal are indeed the easiest to strike fear into. I guess I am one of those loyal slaves then. Now I have been from home to home, I've been on the Slave Market 5 times in my life and I am just waiting for someone, anyone to buy me and accept the fact that I am meek enough to serve till I die.
