|| Description || The light of the moon changed Eevee's genetic structure. It lurks in darkness for prey. When darkness falls, the rings on his body begin to glow, striking fear into the hearts of anyone nearby.
|| Gijinka Form || Tsukiya's hair is black, and has bangs that come down to just above his eyes. The sides are a bit longer to cover where a human's ears would be, and reach down to the base of his face, curving with his cheek. In the back, it is cropped a bit shorter than the hair framing his face. His hair is worn in messily. It sticks up in various places, but he doesn't care about it. In the place of human ears is a pair of long, rabbit-like ears that protrude on the top of his head.
His eyes are a deep red that seem to stare straight into your soul, and glimmer with malice. His skin is the palest it could be, as he is barely ever out in the sunlight. This protects him from its harmful rays, though, giving him an even, flawless skin tone, that seems to be bright even at night. He also has rings on his ears, tail, and forehead that really do glow in the darkness.
His dresses in mostly black, that might occasionally be framed in the same shade of gold as his rings. He usually could be seen with clothing that cover up most of his body in the daytime, as he despised the light.
|| Personality || Tsukiya is the one who makes fun of those weaker than he is, and mentally makes an enemy of those either stronger, or above his level. He does not show any sign of weakness, though he has many within himself. Helping others, or having desires is a weakness to him, and he will work hard to never let anyone know this side of him. When confronted, he will use his cute looks to attempt to get out of it. He is defensive by nature, and will rather run than fight.
He doesn't seek out friends to make. Loneliness does not bother him, since most would sleep during the night, and he doesn't want to bother with explaining his appeal to the darkness to those who don't understand. At night, he can be found sitting in a high place, staring off into the night instead of sleeping. Even in the daytime, he would stick to the darkest of shadows, if he's even awake. He'll only move into the daylight only when absolutely necessary.

Nobody, the Absol: An overly happy dark type. Tsukiya is not sure what he thinks about this combination.

PokeTrainer!Panda is an awkward girl that knows little about pokemon. She doesn't even know her plush of one moves on his own accord when she isn't looking. She keeps thinking she just misplaced her plush when he appears in places that she doesn't remember him being in. She is forgetful, and brings Tsukiya out to play in the daytime, but forgets to bring him back sometimes. If that happens, she will always go in search of him again.
