Note: Some events may reduce or add numbers that are misses and/or catches.
Bug Net
Roll one d100 (100 sided die). Rolling a 4, 13, 40, 55, 57, 80 or 81 is a miss. All other numbers are a catch.
Silver Bug Net
Roll one d100 (100 sided die). Rolling a 20, 43, 56, 78 or 94 is a miss. All other numbers are a catch.
Golden Bug Net
Roll one d100 (100 sided die). Rolling a 26, 49 or 56 is a miss. All other numbers are a catch.
Fishing Pole
Roll one d100 (100 sided die). Rolling a 6, 13, 43, 53, 65, 72, or 81 is a miss. All other numbers are a catch.
Silver Fishing Pole
Roll one d100 (100 sided die). Rolling a 7, 23, 57, 70 or 88 is a miss. All other numbers are a catch.
Golden Fishing Pole
Roll one d100 (100 sided die). Rolling a 23, 39 or 46 is a miss. All other numbers are a catch.

Golden Tools
Golden Bug Net - catch every rare bug.
Golden Fishing Pole - catch every rare fish
Golden Shovel - bury a regular shovel and then dig it up 24 hours later.
When using a golden shovel to plant fruit trees, flowers and red turnips the plants will not wilt and die.
When planting a Bell Tree with a golden shovel roll one d20 (20 sided die) getting a 1, 4, 13, 16, 17 or 20 means the tree will be a Bell tree. All other numbers means the tree will be an ordinary Maple tree.
Digging up a fossil or gyroid with a golden shovel guarantees you will get a fossil or gyroid not already in your Character's catalog. If your Character has all gyroids or fossils then a golden shovel will increase the chance at that Character getting a rare fossil or gyroid.
Golden Slingshot - successively shoot down 12 balloons and/or UFOs. The 13th balloon will carry the golden slingshot. If you miss it then every balloon this Character gets will be a golden slingshot until he or she successfully shoots it down.
Golden Watering Can - breed one of each of these flower colors, in any flower type; black, pink, purple, blue and orange. Buying the seed bags and planting them does not count, you must breed them from white, red and yellow flowers. Note: breeding 1 pink rose, 1 black rose, 1 orange tulip, 1 purple pansy and 1 blue cosmos will work. You do not need to breed each rare color in every flower type.
If you water a flower with a golden watering can it guarantees a 100% chance at that flower producing a rare color (pink, blue, purple, black and orange).
