Welcome!
Where do I go from here?
So you've decided to join our roleplay, have you? Well from everyone here we welcome you and hope you will become an active member of our group.
How do I start?
First things first you need to know what the roleplay is about! So you go here to read up on it so that you can be educated before you jump in. Even if you don't really feel like getting a 'history' lesson, we urge you to read it over anyway. People may or may not reference it throughout the roleplay because it is, after all, your character's pasts.
Where do I make a character?
Next you need a character! To make one you head over to here. This is where you find out how and where to place your character's information. Our profile system may or may not be familiar depending on if you've been involved in other roleplays that have similar systems. If you are confused on how it works, don't be shy to ask a moderator for help. That's what we're here for.
I'm done! Now what?
Now you've gotten your character approved and are ready to roleplay, so where do you go first? Well, that's up to you! Your character may start out anywhere in the roleplay, but we just ask that you try to be logical about the placement. Don't just place your character in the middle of a battle and yell "CHAAAAAAARGE!!!". Many people will probably not know how to respond to the random character suddenly bursting in and taking over the operation.
Now on to the Rules!

Rules
Keep it PG-13
This is Gaia, and everyone 13 and older can join. To save the minds of the innocent, try to keep this rule in the back of your mind.
No Cybering
We say this simply because we would prefer not to come across any 'sexcapades' as we roleplay. If that's all you want to do this is not the guild for you.
Keep Cursing to a Minimum
We understand that your character may want to say the occasional curse word every now and again, and that's fine. Certain situations may provoke them to say something which is normal. What's not okay is when someone curses every other word. Guys, this is a semi-literate role play and that is not literate in the least bit. Also watch what words you do use going back to that PG-13 Rule.
Watch your Post Length
Do not write only one sentence and expect people to reply to you in a two paragraph observation of how your statement was so profound that they just need to stare at you for a moment. Basically try to write at least 4 sentences. This will make things go much faster and help others be able to write more logical sentences about the scene.
Be Literate!
We're not asking you to be an English Major or to write like you're writing a novel. All we want is you to not write like this: "Heeeey Guis. What r u up 2 rite now?" That just makes you look like a fool.
Do Not Jump Around
We can NOT stress this enough. Even though there may be ten or more threads to post in, your character can only be in one place at a time! One person, one place, just like in real life. If you are switching locations we ask that you make it clear in your post.
No Discrimination based on Age/Race/Religion/Etc.
This should be common sense. Just don't discriminate. Its rude and it just makes people angry.
Do Not Bump in the RP
Again common sense. Even if someone isn't responding fast enough, just don't. Give them some time and they'll get around to it, if not then move on.
Don't Bully the N00bs
They can't help that they are new and lets face it, you were new once too.
Do NOT God Mode
This is probably the biggest and most important rule we have. Nothing is more frustrating than to role play with a god modder. If you are unsure of what this is, check our thread here for more information.
Note: If someone violates any of these rules and it's affecting your enjoyment of the roleplay, the please message me or any of the other mods. Because of how many threads we have going at once, we may not see it, so please don't hesitate to contact us.
