List Of Famous Names Tracking Forms

The List of Famous Names Tracking Forms, are to be used in conjunction with the [ The List Of Famous Names] ~ Cannon Character Roster || Available Game Characters so that we, as moderators, can keep track of what Koei characters are in and out of use. It will also help the members in understanding the lists better.

A summary of how to use the forms is detailed in the subforum's The Role of This Subforum topic. In case you are not familiar with it, here is a brief summary of what must be done: You must take the coding of one of the two posts below (the one that applies to your situation) and post it as a document formatted post underneath the character list the character comes from editing in the appropriate data. For example; if Liu Bei was taken by an RPer I would post the 'Taken Character form' underneath the 'Shu Warrior' character list.

Taken Character Moderator Form

The 'Taken Character Moderator Form' or 'TCM Form' as it shall be referred to in short; is a form used by moderators in conjunction with the [ The List Of Famous Names] ~ Cannon Character Roster || Available Game Characters ] subforum located in the Pre-Roleplay Threads section. After every time an 'Original' or 'Playable' character from the series is taken on by a roleplayer this form must be posted in the respected Force list that character appears on. It must be in document format.

The code for the form will appear below with an example*. When using the form, it is the moderators responsibility not only to change the status of the character on the Force List but also to post this form underneath it with all the appropriate information filled out.

Character Opening Moderator Form

The 'Character Opening Moderator Form' or 'COM Form' as it will be called for short; is a form used by moderators in conjunction with the [ The List Of Famous Names] ~ Cannon Character Roster || Available Game Characters ] subforum located in the Pre-Roleplay Thread Section. After every time an 'Original' or 'Playable' character from the series becomes availble to roleplaye this form must be posted in the respected Force list that character appears on. It must be in document format.
