To gain chakra, post. You gain one chakra per word. So, make sure you put your post in a word count website so you know your number of words. Each word is a chakra point for techniques, so if you want to learn, say, Bushin no Jutsu, you would need to type three hundred words. It is really simple, actually. Raw chakra, however, is for using techniques, not learning. As you learn, you gain those chakra points for your Chakra ability. A.K.A. If you learn Bushin no Jutsu, you've got a 300 Chakra Skill. If you learn a jutsu with six thousand words required, you now have six thousand and three hundred chakra. ;3
