You're not alone. I promise you that. I don't think anyone is ever truly alone. Sometimes it's your best friend, or sometimes it's a complete stranger, but if you look, there will always be someone out there willing to listen and talk to you. That's something I've believed for awhile now, and I probably always will.

For your questions...well, I'm kind of a strange case. I might have a thing, or maybe not, I don't really know. I've never been professionally diagnosed with anything, and if I have it my way, I never will, because that's just kinda how I am. It's not really something that I'm (personally) comfortable discussing on a public forum, but if you want, you can message me any time that you want to talk. I only hop onto Gaia now and then these days, but I'll gladly listen if there's something you want to talk or ask about.

Hello. I am trusting that this is a safe place. if i am wrong it would not be the first time. I am Karinna and I am an alter. My kid, or "Host" as most people call her, was diagnosed with DID when she was 17. She just turned 19. You are not alone. There are close to 20 of us in this system. I am still not very trusting when it comes to telling anyone but with how switchy she has been lately it is slightly mandatory or they end up thinking she is crazy and bipolar.
