For many, the struggles we face with our illnesses are a lifelong battle. Along the way we pick up new wisdom, and new insight, and for some, the ability to overcome. This forum is for sharing those pieces of wisdom and insight, and reaching out to let others know what worked for us. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Do Not Pose As a Doctor: Unless you have a psychiatric practice, or a degree in psychology, along with a license to practice, please be careful not to present your suggestions as medical fact.
Do Not Ridicule Others: In the spirit in which I founded this guild, please do not ridicule the suggestions that others post here. This is a place to share, and it needs to be remembered that what works for one, will not work for others. Refrain from criticizing someone's input or putting it down as useless.
Be Constructive: Be sure to put some thought into what you say. If your skills require background information or are complicated, give plenty of clarification and explanation.
I hope that this little guild can continue to be a bright spot in the darkness for those who are suffering, and bring that little bit of hope.

This is awesome! Thanks for making this forum! I'm going to start a topic right away! biggrin heart
The best part about this forum is that it applies to everyone on here; not just those with, say, bipolar, or schizophrenia, or personality disorders, or drug abuse problems, etc.
Everyone needs coping skills regardless of their diagnoses / symptoms / problems. So I think this will be a great place for us to come together. smile
