Here we will post as well as send out any announcements we may have. That being said here was the first announcement sent out to members.

I want to welcome all the new members to the guild, and the list is still growing, so I'll be posting this announcement in the main forum for everyone as well. I want to thank everyone as well. This guild was started by Brittlebear and myself and this is our child, and with every child comes mistakes and learning experiences. There are some neat threads you can look in on to sort of introduce yourself to the guild and figure out where to start.

There are also helpful posts in each subforum and soon the BB will be putting out its own hiring thread so that people can become part of our staff and help the guild grow even more. Brit has been posting everywhere possible to get the word out. Please note, this is an invitation not an affiliation. We invite everyone to join this guild, and if you would like to add it to your affiliations we would enjoy that so much more.

We plan to add so much more to each subsection, especially the resources and interviews section so stay tuned for that.

And again, thank you for joining this guild.

It seems over this weekend we had a few bumps in the road concerning our advertising spree and rule breaking. The entire conversation can be found in the Lineart Auction Directory. We acknowledge it, we are going to keep it there as a reminder than we are human and yes we make mistakes and we defend our honor and we try to change as well.

We knew this wasn't going to be easy. People have their opinions and we have ours. We want to grow and to learn from this and several posts showed ways we can. From now on, all advertisement posts will be made via pm to the owners or the shop mule. We will try to explain ourselves more thoroughly and make this a great guild. It's got a great concept and we, especially myself, are going to defend it whether our argument is a sinking ship or not. Now, you can choose to go check out the action and my responses here and show support and realize that yes we make mistakes we own up to them and then we move on to let people know we are proud of this guild.

I did not mean to make this a somber announcement, more of an informative one. More details can be found in the announcements thread.

I had post quoted someone who seemed very involved in the thread this

"I would absolutely love it if you could tell me how you got people interested in this thread? I'd love to know how you got your shop active and got people interested in it."

I then received several posts in the LAD thread about it, as you can see if you visit the thread. Again I realize I am not a perfect person, no one is. I had not responded after I posted that question at all in the initial thread, but I responded in my thread about it. Yes the conversation will stay, as I feel it is important in all of this.

I hope you all will still have faith in myself and Brittlebear after all this and stay in this guild.
