A. The Early Deadwolf

Deadwolf was a young lad about the age of twelve or thirteen. He spent his days with his parents alone, in the forest of Kelethin, a wood elven and high elven settlement. Deadwolf did normal house work, and was a warrior, taught by his father, Redwolf. He did small missions such as invading small orc camps, taking care of pesky imps, and keeping order in the towns. Deadwolf was happy with his life. Often he would take certain strolls through the town squares, hitting on all the young elf's and nymphs, making love to them under the stars. Life was good. But then, one day, an evil being with no name came along and started attacking the whole town of Kelethin. No one was able to stop it. Unfortuantly, it was after two people. Deadwolf's parents, Redwolf and Crystal. Deadwolf watched in anger, hurt, pain, and misery as his parents were outdone by this horrible creature in black. Two gauntlets of black magic, spikes on his body, a horse of black and red, and armor also of black and red, summoning up creatures of mass destruction. After his parents failed, Deadwolf stepped out in anger, attempting to stand against it, but it was a no go, for Deadwolf's sword was cracked into bits and he was beat up. Chaos let him live however, for a reason unknown. According to Chaos it was so that Deadwolf could "retell the story of how his life was ruined." From that moment on, Deadwolf was furious. He moved out of town and began going to bars, fighting and doing whatever he pleased. He was put down heavily and soon enough, was on the streets on human settlements begging for single gold pieces. One night, Deadwolf found himself in a dreamlike state. His parents visited him and gave him items they had while they were alive. A necklace, and a cape, both holding their powers they once had. Deadwolf awoken holding these items, and swore upon the cities of middle earth that he would get his revenge. Studying the ways of telekinetic pressure and pure spiritual energy, he plotted his ways of finding the one who killed his parents.

B. Loners and Aces: Period of Peace

Deadwolf's eyes once again had meaning in them. He was now thirty years old. By this time, he was fighting with meaning now. He joined a several guilds, fighting only for what he believed in, which was still revenge, but now with a cause. A one woman, by the name of Emerald Sage, also a high elf, came to his attention. She was a Cleric, helping someone at a bar she built and then caught Deadwolf by his eye. He was crying over his lost parents at the bar, and she helped him through his problems. As they talked, they became more and more attracted to each other and soon enough, they were together. For once, they both forgot about their problems and focused on the items at hand. Deadwolf was promoted highly as a general in guilds as a psychic and a spiritual channeler. Even modern technology could not hold him down as he fought his way to the top. He eventually moved on as a leader of his own guild calling it the only thing he had ever known: Being that of a Loner and that of an Ace, Loners and Aces. Built on a fortress of pure medieval like structure, no one penetrated it. Many attempted but all failed. Tournament's were held, many events of fun and happiness. Deadwolf finally not alone anymore, with being alone all his life before, was happy for once. But, needing some alone time to himself, he left for a week or so, for some training.

C. Battle with Chaos

Deadwolf stayed away a little longer than he was supposed to, he stayed away for two weeks instead of one. He returned on horse thinking that he would find everything just as he left it, if not better. What he returned to was complete Chaos. This one that had destroyed his parents, had now grown ten times in battle technique and power. The being looked the same though. Standing atop the horizon, ontop of the building, now being able to fly with new wings grew upon his back, Chaos and him stood alone. Chaos summoned ten creatures, all of different elements including fire, wind, water, and earth. Deadwolf fought all of them, and somehow lived. But as Deadwolf began to fight Chaos, he was heavily weakened and bruised. His whole guild was killed, bodys layed on the ground, and he thought that his finance, Emerald, was dead as well. Luckily, Emerald was evacuated just in time. She showed up at the last moment in battle and healed Deadwolf to where he could fight. Deadwolf past out in the end and woke up with his sword or pure spiritual energy inside the crisped body of Chaos. The only thing untouched was his gauntlets and his book. Deadwolf was going to take the gauntlets and use them for good, but as he put them on, something happened to him. He lost his mind and evil corrupted it, the same way it had transformed Chaos.

D. Deadwolf's Leave

Deadwolf lost everything, his finance, his will to do good, everything. Yet again, he was the one to pick fights with people and this time he had become a necromancer, summoning up terrible creatures, even forcing his own parents to fight for him. A mysterious knight wraped in white armor came up to him and challenged Deadwolf one day. The knight was on a mission to destroy Deadwolf, for his name had been known to foolow Chaos path. Deadwolf accepted and fought the knight. The Knight defeated Deadwolf. In the midst of battle, he faded out and woke up to find his guantlets gone. Seeing how he had lost everything in the battle with chaos, degraded his parents, lost his love, he made his leave.

He made his way to a small colony of wizards, learning their ways. They took pity upon him. Installing six steel magical tentacles within him, they advised to NOT use them unless he really had to. He made his return to the world as a legend, bringing several quotes with him back and his beloved Emerald.

E. The Real History

One night, I was playing Everquest online and had a dark elven necromancer with alot of stuff of him. Alot of expensive stuff. Eating corndogs, I fell asleep on the keyboard. I was attacked by orcs and died. I couldn't find my body, so I lost the items. It made me angry, so I started thinking. What is a classic character I could make. And I figured a wizard would be the best. I wanted something to relate to me. How I have a high tolerance for pain, but then again the swiftness and strength of a wolf. And then I thought of it, Dead-wolf. At three in the morning, little did I know I had a legend that would soon be memorable.

Deadwolf's In-Depth Profile

Legend_of_Deadwolf

Legend_of_Deadwolf

A. Personality

Deadwolf currently and probably will forever have the outlook of a loner's personality. Due to his problems from the past, he has always been alone, fought alone, and relied on himself for help. Although he now is abit more friendly and will try to conversate, he doesnt really look for trouble like he used to. Defending those who need it and going for the underdogs.

B. Weapons

Deadwolf's weapons consist of a steel staff and six hidden projectible steel like tentacles hidden within his body. The steel staff itself is blessed with magic of high elven clerics. The steel staff has no name, for it is not the weapon that makes the man. Six feet long with a three foot inched point at the end. The staff may flex abit, but cannot break as easily as other quarterstaffs. Its specially designed to channel energy and spells through. The only other weapons that Deadwolf has is the six hidden tentacles underneath his body, along the sides of his rib cage. When pushed to his limit, they extend from his body, ten to fifteen feet each, but at the max can extend twenty feet. He can move around much like a spider on these, and with all three elements wrappped invissibly around them for protection.

C. Outlook on Life and Opinion

Deadwolf has a surprisingly great outlook on life. Protect and serve, but to himself as well. Every evil and good race/occupation has their own way of living and belief's. The conflict between most of them is their contradiction of each other. One may believe in the purity of life, order around each corner. Another may believe in drinking blood, and several ancient incantations bringing up souls of the dead to fight. These two living in the same forest cannot stand therefore they will fight. Deadwolf is loyal to his race however, and would fight for order, for he believes in the same thing, but also understand the ignorance therefore, and would not fight unless forced to.

SPELLS

A. Electricity

Deadwolf uses electricity more than almost any other element he has. This is his main defense and offense in battle. Electricity is powerful, having the ability to start most fires and is conducted by water/ice.

Method of Summoning: Deadwolf usually summons up electricity by method of his fingertips. Letting it start from there and if need be spread further through his hand or through his body.

Projectiles: Other than just throwing simple balls of electricity, Deadwolf uses a more quick and powerful method, letting the electricity build up on his fingertips usually one full turn and then unleashing it into a bolt ranging anywhere from five hundred to five thousand volts. He can also use his staff as a rod to unleash the energy either by direct contact or from a ranged distance.

Ultimate Moves: One of his Ultimate Techniques is unleashing a barrier that covers a quick and semi large ground. Once caught inside this barrier, the opponent is zapped with electricity, held there until Deadwolf releases it from fatique, etc.

B. Fire

Fire is Deadwolf's second most used technique. Fire is used in a number of ways. It has been used in several roleplays to help instead of hurt. For example, one time, a helpless girl was freezing to death, and Deadwolf brought fire into himself, warming himself up and placing his body against the girl's to warm her body.

Method of Summoning: Deadwolf would most likely summon it like electricity, through his hands. One his fingertips, he can balance balls of fire, but not much used for a simple closed fist can make a simple ball of fire.

Projectile: Once his hand becomes wrapped in fire, he can throw them at his opponent, making it larger or smaller after being released. Deadwolf's known record for the largest fireball was a basketball.

Ultimate Technique: The "Firewall". This can be done several ways, but the first known way of this technique was a six by six wall built of fire at six hundred degrees, loosing heat and size as it moved away from him to a point of where it desolved. Now Deadwolf can use this technique in a matter of ways
.

C. Water/Ice

The water method is barely ever used except for helping others in roleplay.

Method of Summoning: Unlike fire and electricity, Deadwolf uses a method from his mouth, chest, and other parts of the body. Opening up his spiritual chest, opening his mouth, etc. The only way he uses his hands is to bring forth perhaps a sword of ice.

Projectile: Water streams with a three hundred to four hundred pound pressure. Also, ice scicles (sp?) about three feet long and sharp points at the end of them. Blocks of ice can be included into this but thus not as effective.

Ultimate Technique: Releasing a barrage of ice at his opponent from his body.

Transformations

Legend_of_Deadwolf

PostPosted: Thu Jun 15, 2006 11:25 am

A. Electricity Transformation

Deadwolf can actually transform himself into a bolt of lightening, projecting him own self at his opponent for an attack, or if caught up in to much of trouble, project himself to a safer area to store up more energy. His body turns bright, and he is surrounded by lightening, and then in a flash he goes off.
