Look at the title, you've got romantic options in the game, yay.
Okay so maybe it's not so much romantic options as just relationship options. It depends on if each character is closer to a guy or a girl. Anyway, in Star Ocean 2, there's a large variety of endings due to this. You've got your entire party, and you can pair up every one of them. Yes, thats right. Claude and Rena don't have to end together. Hard not to make them if you're not trying, but it can happen. Yes you can also have a weird barrel obsessed guy like Ashton supposedly be best friends wwith Dais, you're big ball of angst and seriousness. Technically it's possible to pair up someone besided ernest with Opera but it's hard. @_@ There's about 200 private actions that affect the character relationships in that game. Combat done with other characters also has some impact on relations.
tar Ocean three has less choices. It's just Fayt and someone else. There are about 50 private actions that basically decide Fayt's personality so EACh character is effected by PAs, even if you don't have them yet. In this PAs can range from having a romantic conversation to picking a team name for thew arena battles.
Did I mention that I love the SO3 girls? >.>

I love the Star Ocean games. I have Star Ocean The Second Story and Star Ocean Til the End of Time. There are so many possiblities in this game that i really enjoy such as character feelings and well who you can get to actually join your party, not to mention the character drawings are done well also.

Too bad there's not as many possibilities in SO3. In Star Ocean 2 you can pair anyone and everyone. In three it's just Fayt and another person... =_= Funny though. Albel actually kind of likes Nel... Affection level at start = 20. Nels affection for hims is only 15 in the beginning. Poor guy. xp

Haha... you know there's a thing in SO3 that says Tales of Star Ocean. xd I preffer the SO series over the Tales though. The relationships do more.

Yeah, I loved SO3 too even though i didn't get a chance to get my hands on SO2 but I have SO1 even though i haven;t played it. Which SO3 chick do you like most? I like Nel most coz she seems most mature and she's hot and her body is perfect. Not too big breasts like in anime, thats what i like about some games.

Eternal Session Yeah, I loved SO3 too even though i didn't get a chance to get my hands on SO2 but I have SO1 even though i haven;t played it. Which SO3 chick do you like most? I like Nel most coz she seems most mature and she's hot and her body is perfect. Not too big breasts like in anime, thats what i like about some games. Favorite female? Maria. She's intellegent, level headed, a hard worker, has a character design, ad her gun style kicks a**! Nel follows right behind her though. Her basic attacks aren't that great so that leaves her at a disadvantage for me. Although, her special attacks are awesome. THEN Sophia right after that. Gotta love the healer, plus she's pretty amusing. I use them as my main combat party. It's actually really effective. xp They're actually my three favorite characters in general in SO3.

She is quick and her special attacks are strong as well as quick. She is beautiful but then again i think all the SO3 girls are beautiful especially Sophia and Mirage.

And Gravity Bullet does kick a**. 3nodding So does Mirror Slice and Divine Punishment though... @_@ I still don't have Divine Punishment... =_=

Alekxander I love the Star Ocean 3 girls, but I hate the game.
Does that make me a bad person? sweatdrop I wouldn't say so. I mean... I can hate games but think the characters are awesome... >.> I haven't done that as far asIi remember though. xp

I bought SO3 as an x-mas gift for a friend of mine. I have yet to give it to her though.... I must admit that I love all the SO3 girls as well. The manga for it isn't bad either.

I never really bothered to level anyone, so I'm stuck. Goddamn water ball. That said, my favorite of the females is Nel, I hate Sophia*, and I like Albel/Fayt.
*I hated her before Albel showed up. D: The "she's getting in the way of teh slash" thing therefore does not apply. Ha.
