Satan's Ring is the place where Lucifer doles out tasks to his demonic horde and gives orders to his generals. He spends a great amount of his time here brooding over his loss so many eons ago...
A scowl lay across Lucifer's face as he paced back in forth in front of his throne. The whole scene of his failure, and being thrown down from heaven played through his mind over, and over again. He grunted with annoyance, and kicked one of the lowly, putrid souls that sat at his beck, and call.
Jeezel made her way through the treacherous ways of hell. Her long black hair was shining as it caught the light from some torches on the walls. Finally she had arrived to her desired destination. Satan's Throne room. The wall was closed but she pushed it open and walk in silently.
Lucifer was so caught up in his own thoughts that he didn't look up when the girl entered. He continued to pace only taking pleasure in kicking whatever was foolish enough to get in his way.
Jezzel moved forward and saw Lucifer pacing around nervously. "If you continue killing or hurting all those who come near you, you'll end up with out sufficient men for your armies." She told him as she played with her silky black hair a smirk playing on her lips.
Lucifer turned his heated gaze upon her. "If I had real men for my armies I wouldn't be in this mess." he growled. "Well , Well, All you need is some one good to train your lowly followers Lucifer. After that nothing would stop you. And also you need to start finding supporters on earth too." Jezzel told him as she coiled a strand of her long hair round her finger.
He eyed her now a fire in his cold menacing eyes. "You think I haven't already thought of that?... Eeeerrrr... find someone to train the men. I am tired of it." he collapsed in his throne his hands flying to his temples.
"Look what we have here? The king, the all-mighty ruler of Demons in Distress!" and Jezzel let a low chuckle escape her red lips. She went up to the throne and, with every step her stiletto boots making a clicking sound. As she went behind the throne, her hands went to touch Lucifer's pure white wings. The feathers were so light and delicate to touch.
"You mustn't let others see you in this state. Or else, the Exiles or the Angles will attack us and you know as I do that we aren't ready to confront them just yet. We need to plan out moves carefully" She told him.
He didn't reply to her as he let out an irritated sigh. After a few moments he straightened, and looked out over his pathetic servants. "I think maybe we should go check on how the armies are progressing." he said finally.
Jezzel yawned slightly but hopped down from behind the Throne and walked behind Lucifer. Those wings of his were beautiful but they reminded her of those annoying angels which had killed her parents in an earlier event. Damn them all. "I'm bored, this place is so death and unexciting these days." She complaint as she stuffed another yawn.
He let out a bit of a growl. Then after a few moments of contemplation he relaxed. "Soon... soon we will be out of here, and what I should have had will be mine." he said as a determined look came over his features.
"Are you plotting anything regarding the humans? Those are the most pathetic creatures roaming this land, they turn to our side easily but then are capable of doing nothing significant." Jezzel said as they turned into another cave of hell.
"It would be smart to get as many of them as possible... If nothing else then they might make a good shield." Lucifer thought. "Perhaps shortly we shall make a trip to the surface it has been a while since I have tried recruiting from there."
"I love the prospect of having some fun with those humans. May I join you?" She asked as she rubbed her hands together. Her eyes were brighter then usual showing the deepness of their crimson colour.
A smirk befell his face as he glanced back at her. "I suppose more eyes to see deep into the pathetic human souls would be a good thing." he said turning back to glare at his not so desirable armies.
Jezzel clapped her hands at Lucifer's answer. "Oh Thanks! I'm so Happy" She told him as took his arm in his for a second before her eyes saw Demyx. His famous sword was visible behind his back. His face was solemn as usual. He was standing in the entrance of the training room designed by Lucifer himself for the demon warriors.
"Demyx, is so nice to meet you. You haven't be around for some time." Jezzel told him as she went up next to him. Her long hair swaying. "You look really good." She told him with a smirk on her face.
Lucifer watches his two most prized demons a moment, and then turned away deciding to go, and spy on the angels of heaven. It was one of the things that motivated him most to make his plans, and plans would have to be made soon. He turned, and walked away from the other two in silence.
Demyx ignored Lucifer's presence and fixed his eyes into Jezzel's. "Never been better!" he snapped ironically. He leaned on the rough wall behind him and crossed his arms turning his gaze to the floor. "So, still being Lucifer's pawn I see" he whispered with a grin.
Jezzel's eyes glowed for a second but then a smile re-appeared on her blood red lips. "Oh, I'm fine too, thanks, you are the sweetest " She told him sarcastically. A scowl appeared on her good looking features, "I'm pawn to no one. I just like being with Lucifer. Is that wrong?" She asked him. She turned and gave him her back shrugging her shoulders. It was then that she noticed Lucifer wasn't there any more.
Demyx lifted his head and tilted it slightly "Guess your master left you all alone". He kept his distance behind her with his hands still crossed, he shook his head "You haven't changed a bit" he chuckled and than letting out a soft sigh.
"I never change. I'm gifted with life long beauty." She told him a bit sad cause Lucifer had left without telling her anything. She turned to him. "So what are you up too? Are you joining us?" she told him as she took his left arm and started walking.
He looked the other way " Well... I hate these endless battles where no one ever wins!" he said sharply looking of into the darkness across the corridor. He had no reasons to fight.
"Demyx, you are one of the few demons with whom I know I can talk and that won't go and break my trust or use me in your illicit stuff. But I just can not stand this indifferent attitude of yours! You don't see the point in all this? We need the best men available, and I'm sure this time we'll succeed. Angels will meet their downfall soon and then they will stop looking down on others. I so hate them." She told him as she stopped in her pace and clutched her fists.
"And what will happen than?! Lucifer will claim God's throne and lives happily ever after?!" He snarled. "Don't you get it!! Once all Good is gone, Evil will consume itself up!" He said while trying to calm himself. "And we can't allow that" he continued.
Jezzel turned to face him scowling. She was angry now hearing these words, "You are talking like those filthy Exiles. I think you should have joined them." She told him as she removed her hand from around his. "You're father would have sided with us and helped us with the armies, but it was foolish of me in hoping of you joining." She told him as she started to walk away from him as her stuff appeared in her right hand from thin air.
"yeah right" he muttered to himself in irritation. " I am my own master, I won't claim my loyalty to anyone!" He scolded just before she left. He turned away from her and started walking in the opposite direction searching for a quiet room to get some rest.
Lucifer had been about ready to take the path to heaven he had come to both love, and loath when something had stopped him. He turned with a disgust, and stomped back to where he had left Jezzel kicking the fools that got in his way.
Jezzel roamed the dark passages that filled up hell. In these dark parts, thorces were rare to encounter, but she didn't need any light to shed her a way. Her amber eyes were used to darkness. She came here often to clear her mind and just forget everything behind her. On the way she had met some other demons of inferior level, the demons that created some havoc in the normal routine of humans. She got her share of fun by killing off a couple of them that had messed around her business a few months earlier and whom she had lost track. Now that she had took down her range against Demyx on them she felt better. Jezzel soon arrived to the end of the passage. A Dark oak door was bolted shut. With a swish of her stuff it opened and she entered silently in her room in the pits of Hell and as the closed behind her, she shut the world down too.
Demyx woke up deliberately and fell off the flat boulder he was sleeping on for the last two hours. "Another troubling nightmare!" he exclaimed clutching his sword. Than he straightened himself up and started walking heavily outside the room, trying to wipe away any second thoughts about his nightmare. He heard someone muttering to himself not so far away... the voice was coming closer, than he recognised it. Demyx hid himself in a shadowy corner waiting for her next move...
Jezzel sat on her bed. Anger for Demyx hadn't dissipated from her spirit but she tried to forget that demon, the Demon that swore alliance to no one. She should have been more caution around him and let him see her in a state of ravaging anger as the display she had performed before.
Her soft silk pillows under her head gave her comfort. She needed something to stimulate her life. She felt empty and the path in front of her wasn't certain, half hidden in shadows. She closed her eyes briefly and sighed. Unknowingly she drifted off to sleep and woke up two hours later.
Jezzel got up and brushed her black hair so as to make it shine in the light it caught from the torches which lightened her Wine decorated room. She then made her long black sword in her right hand as with her left hand she moved her lean fingers on the dip, making a stream of deep crimson blood staining the smooth surface of the black blade. She licked the blood from her fingers and it stopped its flow. She sheathed her sword back and took her Golden stuff in hand as she existed her chamber. Walking in the dark corridors an idea passed through her mind. "It should be night by now on earth, and why not pay visit to the Holy City of Earth?" she murmured but she didn't notice the glistening eyes in the darkness following her moves.
"The holy city?" Demyx's eyes widened as he frowned. He decided to follow her into the depths of hell, walking in the shadows as the silent assassin he is. He kept following her in the dimly lit corridors , sneaking like a thief came very natural to him. Suddenly she stopped in front of a huge brassed door, he peeped around the corner and waited for her mischief.
Jezzel arrived in front of the secret entrance of Hell and exited, vanishing in thin air leaving no trace beside the linging scent of her perfume. Her Visit to the "Holy City" had started.
Demyx hurried to the secret entrance and vanished in thin air, being careful not to leave traces behind and not letting Jezzel spot him.
