Sharu lays among the ruins in pain, he was alive after all but couldn't move, the extent of his injuries were too great. He would need help if he wanted to make it back to the castle. As he thinks these things he loses consciousness again and smoky wisps climb off of his body, forming two figures.
Kazei looks down at his father, a sorrowful look on his face, something uncommon. For once he seemed to be completely morose as he knells down by Sharu. "He's in pretty bad shape, big brother. I'll take care of him. You should go to the castle and greet those two who saved him." Carefully, Kazei picks up Sharu and carries him over one shoulder, a feat of strength obviously unnatural for one his size as Sharu's feet almost touch the ground from his elevated position. Kazei begins to make his way towards the castle, leaving Dirk to ponder things.
Dirk stands there a moment, watching Kazei leave the area, genuinely surprised at his younger brother's actions. However, he soon returns to his old contemplative self and vanishes as he too makes his way towards the castle, just at a much faster pace.
