Using Limit Break Techniques I know some of you out there might not understand how to use a Limit Break just yet, so I'm going to make this guide for you to make it easier. No charge, ok? Limit Breaks are powerful attacks that utilize the latent power and anger that builds up in a fighter over the course of a battle. The longer the battle draws on, the more this power builds up. But it can only build up to a certain level, right? This level is dependent upon your own understanding of how to use it. If you have studied only up to the Level 1 manual, you will only be able to use the Level 1 Limit Breaks. If you have studied up to Level 4, you will be able to use up to Level 4. You can't skip levels, and you can't use a higher level than you have built up. What does this mean? Simple. You have to buy a Limit Technique to use it. And you can only use it once you have enough energy. How do you get enough energy? Here's the Guide: Level 1 Limit Break: Requires 2 Turns to charge.
Level 2 Limit Break: Requires 3 Turns to charge.
Level 3 Limit Break: Requires 4 Turns to charge.
Level 4 Limit Break: Requires 6 Turns to charge.Each level is stronger than the next, so it requires more energy. Easy, right? There is another element to using them that you should know, however...and that is damage. With the power that builds up, so does the anger. Anger is fueled by pain. Pain is caused by injury or damage. Therefore, the more you are hurt, the more power you build up.How does this work? Easy. Each time you are injured by the enemy in battle, you can deduct a turn from your charging. This does not include uncharged punches and kicks. Therefore: If you have 5 turns charged and you are struck by a Kamehameha Wave that injures you but does not kill you, you now have 6 turns charged due to the buildup caused by injury! Got it? The charging for a Limit Break offically begins on the OPPONENT'S first turn of battle. The charging completes on YOUR turn. This means that after your opponent's first turn, you will have your turn. On THIS turn, you officially have ONE turn charged. On your next turn, you will have TWO turns charged...and so on. The charging RESETS after your use ANY Limit Break Technique. This means once you use ANY level of Limit Break, you must recharge from 0 at that point to achieve ANY Limit Break.That's all there is to it! Oh, but one more thing... I am afraid to say that I don't have the manuals to ANY Level 4 Limit Break in my possession at this time. BUT you can still learn them! All you have to do is come to my shop and tell me you want a Level 4 Limit Break and I can give you a HINT as to where the manual is located. Once you've retrieved it, bring it back to my shop and I can equip you with it on the spot! Don't worry, I won't accept payment until you have come back with the manual. So no ripoffs, ok? Level 1 Limit Break: Desolate Reactor (Onyx takes control of even the faintest traces of elemental material in the area and detonates in an attack that spans the entire arena floor.
