I only remember her songs from a couple of Black Cyc series. Her songs remind me of something either by Ali Project or Yousei Teikoku.

So... this (answer I'm giving) is really late but searching under this seems to work: 電気式華憐音楽集団 or デンカレ for short.
Seems she's done a few other things, and it is indeed awesome.
Seems hard to find her stuff except the stuff from Black Cyc, but from what I understand from Japanese Wikipedia she's done a number of things for a number of companies, including CIRCUS. O.o I don't see any recent dates though.
I'm not sure if this information is accurate, but it's getting somewhere since only the MinDead Blood songs and Gun-Katana songs show up on youtube when you search these. >.>
