TMSNG's Crew Work Diary
This is a crew-only thread. From now on, if you've done something with the guild, you have to log your activities. Simply unlock this thread, post, then lock again when you're done. It's not only so that you can be credited for your effort, but it's also so we know who to blame when something is screwed up; when, where, how and why.
Heheh. Just kidding. Just picture it like 'Lanzer's Work Diary' ...It's so the members can find out what's in store for them and whether there'll actually be improvements to the guild or new events comming up.
The Mahou Sensei Negima Guild Admin Crew:
SLJ - Founder
SLJ is the creator of the guild. She was Captain for about a year before retiring and passing on her position to Fuka Narutaki.
Fuka Narutaki - Captain and Communications Ambassador
A Captain is The Leader. Basically, he takes care of the guild in general. He's the one that makes the rules, and sets the penalties for breaking them. He also keeps money donated and is the one that decides what to do with it. If you have a problem in TMSNG, you talk to him.
The Communication Ambassador keeps in touch with our allies and sets up events with the other guilds. When Gaia gets a battle system, he'll be the one to keep us updated on our guild peace/war, as well as how other guilds are doing. The Ambassador also makes sure that our ties with other guilds are cool.
Sakurazaki Setsuna - Co-Captain, Reporter and Quiz Master.
The co-captain helps out the captain with his oh-so many duties. This person is the one who will take over the guild if Fuka Narutaki is not there. If you have any problems in general that Fuka Narutaki is not available to take care of, this person is the one to talk to.
When IS that next manga coming out? What about the next episode of Negima? The reporter will keep us in the know of all things to come for Negima! If you find a news article that you just NEED to tell everyone about, you contact the Reporter and they'll make it a hot topic that will be the talk of the guild.
How many students are there in Class 3-A? Who's birthday is on January 17th? The Quiz Master knows all? Sakurazaki Setsuna has extensive knowledge in Negima and will just LOVE to challenge the rest of the guild to test everyone's Negima knowledge. If you have quiz ideas, you contact her.
? - Secretary
The Secretary has the job of keeping an eye on old threads and to help the Captain update the guild website ((which we MAY be making in the future)). If there is any old thread that you spot that shouldn't be there, you contact this person. Also, if there are any mistakes in official threads (i.e. noticable typos, grammar & spelling errors etc.) they'll be the ones to fix it up. In addition, this is the person that will be paying close attention to member activities... (Such as who donates, enters the guild & breaks the rules.) So do be nice.
(Actually... You should be nice to all mods in general. 3nodding )
? - Event Planner
This person will help the Captain plan all the great events that will happen within the guild. If you've got a great idea for an event, (like a party or a festival) this is the person to talk to.
Dorcas_Aurelia- Recruiting Director
The Recruiting Director is the one in charge of getting new members! To join the awesome guild, and to persuade them, she has some awesome ideas. If you have an idea to help recruit new members, talk to her!
? - Graphic Art Team Leader
The Graphic Art Team Leader is the leader of the GAT and will work with the members to create amazing designs such as logos and banners to hang in your sig! If you have decided to you're your own thing, and feel that it isn't quite right? The GAT will help you as best they can to suggest new things and make your piece of art look the best that it can be.
Fuka Narutaki, Zazie Miyazaki & Sakurazaki Setsuna - Graphic Art Team Members
Along with their regular duties... These people will be the artists that will help the GAT leader make the beautiful, trigger-happy banners for the guild!

Notes to TMSNG Crew:
- No one but myself (and the co-captain in the future) is permitted to accept any members that have applied to join this guild. I'd like for that decision to be up to me for the time being.
- Please do ask me before you make a sticky or annoucement.

So I'm retiring... >_> I can't believe that my last work journal update was in April... >.o Well... I hardly have time for anything else now. I hope everyone has enjoyed the guild so far! Good bye!

- Hm... So much for resigning. The crew information thread isn't complete, but my crew still wants me to be captain despite my obvious procrastination. So, they convinced me to stay otherwise. They're so understanding... heart Crew heart So uh... Yeah.... I'll get around to updating it when I can >_> No more flimsy promises. I promise. sweatdrop
- Recently we've demoted Kakashi.` from Recruiting Director position, and have promoted Dorcas_Aurelia to take his place. Welcome to the crew Dorcas_Aurelia!
- I've promoted Fuka Narutaki and Setsuna Sakurazaki to Vice-Captain positions. This guild wouldn't be a success without them, so they sure as heck deserve it.
- KonoSetsuna PMed us with the proposition of buying and owning a subforum dedicated to Konoka and Setsuna. We interviewed, discussed and thought this was acceptable, so now she too is apart of the TMSNG team. Welcome to the crew KonoSetsuna!
- Right now we're working on improving the subforums. Thanks goes to Fuka Narutaki (you may have known him as Rune Venus before name change) for bringing that up and putting it into effect. Time seems to slip out of my fingers... The Negima contest continues. Is it just me? Or do days seem to get shorter as you grow older? We really need more than 24 hours >_>

Hurray! They finally implemented something that has to do with spending the gold in the guilds! We can now make sub-forums! blaugh
- We've just made a crew sub-forum today, so hopefully everyone will be included in the planning, and things will be more organized. We're currently discussing the possibility of adding other sub-forums there.
- I've recieved new banners from Sakurazaki Setsuna & Ikaika2884. I will be updating the official banners thread as soon as the Negima Event is over. 3nodding
- The Negima Trivia event continues.
- Currently interviewing Kakashi.` for a position in the crew.
- I'm hoping to finish up TMSNG's Information thread... It WILL be done before Christmas, or I'll resign. whee
