In this small town, just about anything can happen. The people are very friendly and welcome newcomers. So new to the realm, or the outside world, this is the place to begin. Often called the City of Heroes, this town has a rich history of misfortune. Though despite all that has happened, the city has always bounced back. Not because of one person, but because of the group effort of those who lived here.

The name Ruby comes from the founder of this town. Ruby was able to bring the families of both the poor and rich together to work for a common good. Her work is remembered to this day, and the people still celebrate her birthday to this day.
