In 1897, a family named Otto lived in a nearby house in Key West.


One servant girl gave their son, Robert, a present of a doll.


What the parents didn't know was that the servant did voodoo.

The boy, Robert, named the doll Robert.

Whenever the boy got in trouble he would always say "Robert did it."


When the boy was older he became an artist and got married.

His wife did not like Robert.

Every once in a while Robert, the boy, would just start freaking out and acting not like himself. Then a couple of minutes later he would act like nothing ever happened. His wife asked him what was that and all Robert said was "Robert did it."

A couple of years later when Robert, the boy, died his wife placed Robert, the doll, in the attic and she moved away.

Robert is now placed in the Key West museum.

rumor has it that Robert awakens at night and roams around
