Okay today I had the parnter run which is the last run of the year inside head YESH!!!!!!!. Then we played elimination dodge ball!!!!!!! WOOT! Ya in an hour I'll have to go to the 8th grade awards ceremony to hand out fliers for an hour... :/. Well, see ya!

	YES!!!!!!!!! we had a lot of mile runs this year and a lot of intervals... not taht many bobcats (which is good) and reverse... not that many. o and also the reverse run is now my fav, then interval, then mile, then partner, then bobcat
