How one person can ruin an entire weekend....
Best friend's b-day this weekend. Me, her, another of my best buds, and a guy I haven't seen in a few years get together to "celebrate". We got the hotel, the munchies, the liquor, the drinking games, and the digi cam. From the start, the dude that we haven't seen in years was...to put it bluntly...acting like he had a stick up his a**. Miserable, pushy, bossy. Ugh. Right away I get on the phone with my bud (known as "Saitoh13" in the Gaia world) and BEG him to come. I could sense the night would turn out horrible. So tight-a** was already in a pissy mood and when Yosh/Saitoh shows up, the claws really came out. So Yosh and I practically RUN out of the hotel room to roam d/town and get away from the guy. After much begging, Yosh decides to stay the night (if you're reading this Yosh: Anj and I THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS! YOU SAVED US!!). So after avoiding the room for as long as we could and blowing over $100 on a cuuuute dress that I'll prolly never wear, me and Yosh head back to the room. The drinking begins. You'd think that'd loosen up tight-a** a bit but nooooooo. He just gets more hostile and pushy and pissy. How could a person change so much??!! He wasn't like that before otherwise we woulda never invited him. Holy s**t. Well, we tried to have what fun we could with the dark cloud looming in the room. He was stuck-up during drinking games, wasn't into the spin-the-bottle (though he did try to stick his icky, spit-slathered tongue down my throat at one point), didn't want music or the tv on. Mercifully, it didn't take me long to pass out (which is the name of the board game we were playing by the way). Yosh gets barfy and passes out too (sorry for kicking you. Didn't realize that it was you at the bottom of the bed). What made me feel really horrible though is since me and Yosh passed out on one bed, my best friend and the a*****e got stuck in the other bed together. He talked some s**t about me and Yosh while we were passed out (TO a*****e: are you stupid? Of course my friend is gonna inform me when I got up what you said about us). So my poor friend moves to the EDGE of the bed with her back to him and tries to sleep. But pervy kept poking at her and telling her to turn around. What a dumb ********! Did he really think he'd get any???!!! Seriously. I felt horrible that I couldn't do anything cause I was out like a drunken light. I really wish she just moved and jumped into the bed with me and Yosh. Anyway, the three of us couldn't wait to leave the next day. a*****e ended up taking all the left over liquor and munchies (and there was A LOT left over). You'd think he'd give it to the b-day girl. Well, we haven't seen him in years, and with any mercy, we hope don't ever do again. So I hope the next party goes better with more loose, fun people that are willing to play music, dance, drink, sing, strip, play spin the bottle (for fun, not tongue), and just HAVE SOME DAMN FUN. s**t, and I thought I took life too seriously. It really is amazing how ONE SINGLE person can ruin things for everybody. Anyway, hope you had at least a little bit of fun on your b-day, Anj. Let's hope next year goes much better. Okay, I'm gonna go throw up my Bacardi, Alize, Smirnoff Ice, Fritos, and gummy bears now *bleh*.
