Actually... no it wasn't a part of the story. I just like the name Aiden *smiles* That why he was only carrying one dagger instead of two. But I think I'll improv a part of the story right now, because I'm bored.
It was night time and the four of them were sitting around a campfire. Danae and Ami were together, Danae leaning against her best friend, almost asleep. Aiden sat on the other side of the fire from them, playing with one of his daggers, occasionally cleaning the blade off on his completely black clothing. Sam leaned against a tree on the outside of the ring of light being emmited by the fire, being totally silent and ever watchful like it normally was.
Ami looked down at her friend and smiled at her. it had been a long rode since they left their village. They left the only home either of them could remember. They left the people they loved most to search for something they knew almost nothing about with a man they knew even less about. They met with with two good friends on the way though, Aiden and Sam. They were loyal, and could help them we they needed it. Good thing to because Vincent betrayed them halfway through their quest.
It was nearing the end though, they were on their way to face the unknown. But that's the way it's been the whole time. On the way to face the unknown. But she trusted the people she was with, and knew she herself had gotten much stronger since they left.
She looked up to look at her other friends and saw that Aiden had left his spot and was no where to be seen. Sam looked like they were sleeping but they always looked like that since they didn't more all that much. "Hey... Aiden!" She called out quietly, not wanting to wake up Danae.
No answer. That's weird. He said he'd never leave them, he swore to Danae he'd protect her with his life and now he's just up and vanished. Somethings wrong. She moved slightly and Danae rolled off of Ami and onto the ground, saving Ami a lot of work. The knightly girl picked up her sword and walked out into the darkness.
They were in a forest and she couldn't see to much more then 3 feet in front of her. That wasn't good. He called out Aiden's name a few times and still no answer. "Maybe he went in another direction..." And she turned around to go back until... Thud.
A black figure stood in front of her and she almost swung her sword until it said. "You called for me?"
She hit him and set her sword down. "You b*****d, you scared the hell out of me."
Aiden shrugged though Ami couldn't see it. "Were you worried about me? Is that why you came out here to look for me?" He said being his cocky normal self.
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever. Don't let it get to your head you pompous a**." she said in her stop-gloating-you-b*****d tone.
"Aww, Ami missed me." He said clapping his hands together. "I always knew you liked me, even if you didn't admit it." and he started to walk back towards camp.
Ami stood there, blushing though it couldn't be seen in the darkness. "God damn it, I said don't let it get to your head." and she ran after him.
He turned around and let her run into him. Intentionally letting her ran him over she landed on top of him and he just laughed. "So... do you want to strip first or should I?"
He hit him in his chest as hard as she could and stormed back to the camp furious. He stood up and rubbed his chest, still laughing a little bit. "I guess I'll have to work a little more to get her." He laughed out loud again and followed her back to warmth.
Yay! Longer post! and it only took me like 10 minutes... yeah I know. I'm a slow as typer. But still... I'm getting better god damn it.
