I hang out at the library all day surrounded by graduate students. They usually take me as one of them and many of them flirt with me or ask me about my "thesis" or my "dissertation". When I tell them that I am an undergraduate they are surprised to know that there is an undergraduate who works so hard.
I do not really work hard though. I just have a lot of reading to do and it takes me forever to get it done because of my slowness with English. And then I stay there to do my assignments and translating because it is a nice place to do it. When I am finished, there is usually nothing else to do so I might spend an hour or two looking at books.
At this point I hang out with more graduate students than I do my own peers. I am not trying to precocious, but I have been labeled a snobby nerd. At least I am too busy reading to pay any attention to the criticism...
