Man, I told you I-880 was a killer.
Yesterday they say that someone pushed a transient out into traffic, where he was hit several times by cars. Someone called in reporting an animal in the roadway at 6:00AM, and when the sun came up, they realized it wasn't an animal.
In fact, he was so badly mushed up they couldn't tell if it was male or female for a long time there. It's...really kind of sad.
Anyway, I saw a 280Z car today. I'm always excited when I see older cars like that.
I spent a lot of last night with friends, which was pretty nice. I think I need to spend more time at home, however.
Still excited about stuff!!
The weather's finally turned to rain...which is always exciting. I love the rain, how it finally cleans everything of of the sidewalks and freeways, how it feels so clean.
And Halloween's coming up! Awesome!!
Vampire Knight #3 should be out soon too. Which, I'm looking forward to.
I also found a nice simple pattern for a hat! ::exicted!::
And, to responses:
Twilight Hound I think I PMed you about it already. ::Grins:: But it doesn't notify me if I respond to someone's comment, and it doesn't notify them either, so, this is the best way I know how to do it!
ZakuMent Heh! Thanks! I've been learning how to make due for the longest time with things that don't work exactly how I'd like them to work.
I actually learned how to do a lot of my knitting from the book "Stitch 'n' b***h" by Debbie Stoller. On Amazon: Here.
That's where I really got interested in knitting again! (And it has the little tricks like with the crochet hook and whatnot.
Purple Hair Spray I love the journals. I've really gotten into journaling recently Its also kind of nice to let people know that the admins are real people too. (I actually got asked if I was a robot yesterday! ON THE PHONE!) The movie Wall Street...? Never saw it.
Nashoba-hostina Yeah, but the little things don't add up fast enough, and the bigger things keep landing, like a demented game of Tetris.
I'm knitting them for more than just me and him, hopefully everyone will enjoy them!
Cid High-Wind C'mon Cid! Pick up some knitting needles and have at it! (If you don't know how, check the book up there! ::points: smile
TurtleJen I knit "throw" style, so it's really easy for me to tighten up a stich just after I make it. I can't knit continental style, which is with the yarn in the left hand, making a lot less movement.
Pirate Panther Hee! I actually do know how to cross stitch, but it takes too long to start to see finished product (And my eyes are going bad...) You should scan in the image when you finish it so we can see!
Alright, y'all, gotta get back to work!
