Take me to the place where pirates sail the seas.

Take me to the place where mermaids sing to me

From their beds under the sea.

Take me away to the place where good always concurs evil.

Take me away to where adventures lurk behind every bend.

Hurry.

Hurry.

Before the sanity of this world takes a hold of me.

Take me away.

Take me away to where the Princesses fight their own battles.

Take me away to where I will never have to hear 'you can't'

Ever again.

Take me away where I can sail the seas without worrying about

How people think.

Take me away to a place of true freedom and equality.

I have no wish to stay there but just to

Sail with the pirates.

Swim with the mermaids.

Fight the demons of my fantasy.

Love the heroes of my fantasy.

Learn to live and love.

Please.

I have no wish to stay,

I will return to this imperfect world.

But please,

Just take me away for a moment or two.

So I can escape the insanity of the world
