Yesterday was the longest day ever! It was his granny's 90th birthday celebration. From early morning to late Saturday night I was up and down helping out. Plus I had on heels. At one stage I took them off cos my poor puppies were burning from exhaustion; and walked around bare feet serving people and wotnot. I think I washed over 100 plates as well. My back was paining so much I nearly cried. They hired a hall to fit the family in...he has the hugest family ever. Honestly doesn't know most of them, he claims.
So when we eventually got home, we organised ourselves some hot beverages and smoked the doob outside. Which lifted my spirits immensely. And then we watched The Big Bang Theory. Interesting, but I can't remember most of it. Would have loved to watch Seinfeld instead. Promised my puppies a good soaking, but haven't gotten around to it. Think that's what I'll do neow.
Oh and I bought a sealed envelope...considering selling it. But I'll wait for the price to rise a bit. It's such a gamble, because what if its content is hella cool? Hm..
